I like it as it is. if a customer paid only partly the coin is filled only half.

Yes, and that was my idea.

If a customer has a pending payment, the coin is now entirely gray. I think an hourglass would give more information.

Yup, payouts pending... The good thing is I realized Bitmit already has an hourglass icon:
That one can be used for pending customer payments as well.

Yes, we have. Thanks GBTC, you submitted a good suggestion and I added it to my todo list.

I can't middle click for opening link on new tab. Some javascript is blocking it (FF 20.0.1).

We are aware of this bug. It will be fixed soon.

it seams they have problems with bitcoind because no new escrow address shows up if a customer order goods.

I am sorry for that issue and that I have not posted earlier here. All things are back to normal and working as expected. Unfortunately the security settings of our webserver blocked all connections from our bitcoin server and therefore no new addresses could be added / transactions were not updated.

Update:
- Feedback: Discard feedback option
- Settings -> Sell: Choose if your customers should see the physical address form or the textarea for digital goods on checkout.

Back to our exchange rate discussion:
Thanks for all of your thoughts here on btalk, facebook and g+. We came to the conclusion that there is not the ONE exchange rate for all Bitmit users. People are using different exchanges and have different needs when they sell items on Bitmit (Some sell their received BTCs instantly so the last exchange rate is more important, some sell after days etc.)

We think that a solution that does fit all your needs can be like this:
- Default Bitmit exchange rate is latest mtgox (if exchange rate fluctuates a lot) or last 24h if it is more stable
- Sellers get an additional option to set a global exchange rate for each regular currency (EUR, USD etc.) they have listed items in
- We provide exchange rates of several bitcoin exchanges and subtypes of it (last, 1h avg, 12h avg, 24avg..)

What do you think?

Currently I am also recoding a lot of internal stuff on Bitmit to make the whole system more flexible, stable and get rid of old  code I dont like of the previous bm owner.

Really should fix the glitch where you enter an invalid wallet and it stays pending, and you cannot cancel the request.

This is very annoying because you have to wait for a staff to come on and cancel it manually.

Can you lower the fee of withdrawals from 0.001 to 0.0005 ?
Even better if you put a checkbox to ask if sending bitcoin instantaneously (with the 0.0005 fee) or with other (from other users) requested withdrawals (without any fees)

I'm NOT talking about the fee that he is taking from sold items (that it's 1.90%), I'm talking about the transaction fee that it takes when you ask to withdraw Bitcoin out of the service.

The fee is given to the network, not taken by Bitmit.

Since the Ripples sold for 0.01 I should have more in my wallet even with the fee (which makes this a bit silly but nevermind)

We charge a 0.001 withdraw fee. If the bitcoin daemon requires to pay a fee we will pay them for you, even it is higher than 0.001. When no fee is required we keep the payout fee.

You sold the ripples of your order 12455 for 0.001 BTC, not for 0.01! That might be the reason =)

Update:
- Nicer formatting of item listing previews.
- The "default price" is displayed in the currency the item is listed in and not in BTC

This Connection is Untrusted

You have asked Firefox to connect
securely to bitmit.net, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.
Normally, when you try to connect securely,
sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are
going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.

          What Should I Do?

            If you usually connect to
this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is
trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue.

If you understand what's going on, you
can tell Firefox to start trusting this site's identification.
Even if you trust the site, this error could mean that someone is
tampering with your connection.
          Don't add an exception unless
you know there's a good reason why this site doesn't use trusted identification.

Their SSL cert expired today after one year. The renewal email probably went to the original tosaki instead of the third or whichever we're on, heh. I didn't even know they had HTTPS Shocked

Probably safe.

I know it's been mentioned, but just confirming:
"The site's security certificate has expired!
You attempted to reach www.bitmit.net, but the server presented an expired certificate. No information is available to indicate whether that certificate has been compromised since its expiration. This means Google Chrome cannot guarantee that you are communicating with www.bitmit.net and not an attacker. Your computer's clock is currently set to Wednesday, May 1, 2013 10:55:53 PM. Does that look right? If not, you should correct the error and refresh this page.
You should not proceed, especially if you have never seen this warning before for this site."
