This is a test on whether darkcoin is legit:

If Darkcoin came out before Bitcoin, upon Bitcoin being released would anyone care?  If no, then buy Darkcoin.

If Bitcoin came out before Darkcoin, upon Darkcoin being released would anyone care?  If yes, then buy Darkcoin.

Between Darkcoin and Litecoin, one coin has better technology?  Which one?  You already know the answer.

Good point, I hadnt considered that BTC would offer no interest to anyone had it been released after DRK.  It would just be another crapcoin.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

This pool has a different fork cpu-pool.net

I recommend that you do not try mining there until the pool owner resolves the problem.

OP should removed it on the list on the 1st page, many people are getting sucked into non working pools.

It still seems (by looking at the block explorer) that only about 10-20% of the blocks include a payout to masternodes.

Will this be fixed soon? I thought every block was supposed to payout to a masternode?

Shouldn't all nodes reject blocks that don't contain a masternode payment?

I downloaded the current version of the wallet, after previously downloading the other new wallet a couple days ago. Anyway, it appears I'm on the wrong fork somehow. The getmininginfo reports a difficulty of 68 and block 74779.

Anyway, how is that possible if using the latest client? And how to fix it.

What needs to happen to get 6 votes in every block?

I think I speak for a lot of people when I say there was a lot of disappointment with maternode payments today. We expected 10% of the block rewards, not 10% of the block reward on 10% of the blocks.

This needs to be fixed or a lot of people will cash out on their masternodes.

If vote is  under 6 there is no payment? I have one MN whose address shows a payment in explorer.darkcoin.io that doesn't show up in wallet. That block (74700) has less than 6 votes. Will I get the payment?

If it shows in the block explorer you will get the payment. Its just immature until it has 120 confirmations.
Run "darkcoind listtransactions" and also make sure you're up to the current block ("darkcoind getinfo")

Yes, this is a serious issue that needs immediate resolution. Masternode investors need to receive what they expected.

10% of every block reward must be paid to a masternode, and this needs to happen quickly so that confidence is not lost among masternode investors.

I have $150,000 invested. I received about $19 in dividends today. I expected 1 coin per masternode.

I averaged only .1 DRK per masternode.

I understand, its the first day, I'm fine with that, but it should be fixed by tomorrow.
