Exciting times upon us again, I dont want to go to sleep tonight because I dont want to miss the action!

Anyway, as many of us are aware, even at 0.01 DRK is still quite cheap given its potential.

Although I am hopefull it will boom and break through 0.02, 0.03 etc etc I think for that to happen the coin needs more adoption still.

Most people buying DRK are investors ready to sit and hold (myself included) but until people can actually spend Darkcoins (yes I am aware of the sites currently accepting DRK but we need more) too I think the price will steadily increase but not skyrocket.  Although I am not a supporter of any silk-road type markets, once this type of market catches on as well as the traditional online goods retailers like Dell and Overstock did with BTC, then Dark will really boom.

And of course if BTC-e would pull their head out of their ass and accept DRK that would go a long way to increasing the value of the coin too.  I think for that to happen, LTC will pretty much have to be utterly dead which will probably happen at some point this year maybe?

Anyway, I'm looking forward to the year in crypto and watching my small stash of Darkcoin gain in value.  And for the record, I aint selling a single one until we hit atleast USD $50ea and then I will sell maybe 5!

When I bought my btc at $4 I said to my friends about it. When they decided to buy, it was already at $8. One of them bought at $8 and the second at $12. After some rise it dropped to $4. I wouldn't sell btc at that time even if it dropped below $1. They couldn't stand that and the guy who bought at $12 sold everything at $8 later and he was finished with btc. The guy who bought at $8 sold some at BE and still holds a few.
You never know what masses think. So given DRK potential, there will be many P&D because the market is so small for people with $$. But it doesn't matter for me when I look back at btc and my thoughts about its potential.

Im still wondering why solo many people still are into other alts , take Doge as ex example , I understand people got in that time as smart way to make money , but these days are over, of course Doge could still double but think DRK has easier ways to double...

I moved over here from XC after supporting it for a good 6 months, XC had some good tech whatever the haters say, but it lost focus, the community was not as good and the coin died...

Community is so key, its like VHS vs Betamax...

Betamax was technically better but VHS got mass market and the community support and took off..

Dark Coin in the VHS of 2015, i'm sure there is the odd thing that needs improving but it has a huge and dedicated community behind it and ultimately that is going to be the difference that pushes dark coin to much greater heights than everyone else...

Slowly the sheep are realizing this.

compare the number of devs, working community members and the products drk made in the last month to a company that got millions to build a btc wallet or other gadgets nobody really needs:
drk is totally undervalued in the moment. even 0.1 btc is cheap.

Community is so key

A healthy coin needs both, active developers and community. Community takeover as seen over at CLOAK (lol, do you remember, yet another suprior anon coin.) wont work unless there are capable devs available.
What happened to XC anyways, not really following the altcoin section.
Oh and while we are at it, someone update me about Anoncoin. I heard some rumours about ANC slowly dying...

...and before you go you might like to reflect on the fact that you bought on a pump and sold on a dump, thereby making yourself responsible for the very price trend you're complaining about. (Like the guy in the traffic jam who rants at the amount of traffic).

Buy and sell on fundamentals instead of bandwagons and you won't have that problem, however if you want to compound your error then - hey, who are we to stop you ! There's a supply shortage in the markets and any additional will be welcomed I'm sure 

I want to make things clear before I leave. I didn't buy dark on a pump, I mined several thousands from in spring. I've trade it during the pump. I've made a mistake and left 5000 in holdings expecting it to come back. Then I traded it during all those months of dumping and weak pumps. In december when there was constant dumping and without otoh maybe would continue, I've sold (it was still a profit) and put it to a better use. Now I just came to see what great news brought drk to life, and it seems that excluding Otoh's resolve to stop all the dumping, nothing great really happened. Thats all. No ill intentions. Continue your happy hour. I'm out. Maybe I'll come back and say I was terribly wrong when drk will be at 0.02. Buy.

Careful to laugh at other people's downfall, at least the guy had the guts to come here and admit it,eh. Many coins will fall this year and this could happen to anyone ..
