I voted yes for the dashwhale budget, it didn't pass, I though it was sad because I though it was helping dash in it's globality.
I voted yes for daily decrypt sponsor, and I understand well your points tok. But, It's not a big amount, and I think this can show what can be done "outside the dash sphere", and maybe give idea to other third party, of how to use budget system. We need to have exposure even if it seems tiny.
We can't aggree on all vote results.
I think it's a big positive to vote for this - it demonstrates the power and potential of decentralised budgeting to things outside the dash sphere.. this DASH scam thread is filled with rat accounts (sock puppets) ain't it wackyD? what is your love at first sight story with darkcoin? all posts darkcoin hmmm. Wellllll at least I don't go onto other currency's forums making a dick of myself

No backorders, I do not want and I will not have any domain rights as domain is not expired (for public use) and it was renewed by registrar for their own interest. I just will pay for this on behalf of the real owner and this is possible sometimes under some conditions and when you know right contact to ask about this Funds already charged and we just need some time up to 24-48 hours (already less) for some manual processing. It will be renewed or I will be refunded. Will let you know. Official forums at dash.org might be the best solution, but current topics at least google indexed and they may be available while server running and there are a lot of info there anyway. Hack with hosts file will work but anyway working domain much better. I've just got message from domain registrar representative - domain was renewed yesterday by original owner so I got refund. It changes nothing as domain is working now but just to notify that it was not me Owner renewed it himself in a period of time when my request to registrar was already submitted&paid but before it was manually renewed. Just FYI.

After my wee rant over the DailyDecrypt proposal the other day (I was the wrong side of too many christmas eve coppas), I went back and studied the reactions to the original Dashwhale proposal which can be seen around this area in the thread. I think the problem I was having with the DailyDecrypt thing is that the Dashwhale one was moderately controversial which generated some interesting debate around basic funding principles. For example some people made the point that although the service was very powerful, funding it would lead to favouritism amongst third party services. Picking up the pieces of my drunken rant and accepting that the DailyDecrypt proposal looks like it will probably pass and therefore looking at it more constructively, I'd propose that at least some measure of that campaign's results be found. It also raises the question of what measures already exist of detecting public awareness and market penetration of Dash amongst different groups - such as (a) within the existing cryptocurrency community and (b) outside of it. I'm thinking about things like level of email enquiries, market interest, rate of growth in relevant video views, hits to dash.org. All that stuff. I just think that if the blockchain is going to spend money on publicity it should at least measure the results of that spend, thats all. P.S. While I was doing that research, I used google to find some old posts. That dropped me into a site which looks exactly like bitcointalk.org but who's domain is "fanbitcoin.com". I didn't notice this and tried to log into that site using my full bitcointalk username and password. That of course didn't log me into bitcointalk and after a few moments I realised I was in the wrong domain. I immediately went and changed my bitcointalk password so hoping I don't get comprimised. Just something to watch - I don't know what that site is.

Bitcoin's losing a pound or two on Boxing Day... Sure is ! Doesn't look so bad on the 1-week chart though. Maybe a healthy correction in a developing bull market. Dash consolidating. Hit 7 earlier.

In that DailyDecrpt interview they compare the extent of the Dash network with Bitcoin's in terms of full nodes. Where are there any stats for Dash full nodes ? (i.e. not just masternodes but un-compensated wallets as well).

Got this from Reddit , can they just copy everything 1 on 1 ? can't imaging that ?
Bitcoin can never implement Dash's protocol to the same extent. They're scared do touch the slightest thing and all the development is off blockchain now.

Wow. Forget bitcoin viagra. It's bitcoin Niagra instead. Failed to break resistance. Back to the 300's. Looks like most people are following strict loss maximisation procedure by buying at 460, then selling at 400 then buy back in when it goes back to 440. Easier on the nerves just to hold a Dash hedge I think. Gained 18% against Bitcoin's 12% loss in the crash.
