It does not want for many a valuable project to linger in a limbo alone, trying to find its place under the sun on by itself, its gives everyone and every effort a space in the Dash World: Micro-economy of Dash it, we strive to create.

I forked a bitcoin QR code generator a while ago and modified it for Dash. It now has a dedicated domain name (https://dashqr.org/) and I finally got around to uploading the site and getting an SSL certificate for the new domain yesterday. Everything seems to be working as it should, hopefully it can be of use to some of you. Donations are most welcome, the address can be found on the site.

Just a suggestion...Maybe you can add the amount, label, and message fields similar to how the wallet does it.

When I chose which QR code generator to fork, I did play around with another bitcoin one which offered those features. However, if memory serves me correctly, I couldn't get it to work without filling in all of the fields, which I didn't want. I'm not much of a coder though, so the fix may be something trivial.

I might have a look at it again over the next few days, though if I don't get around to it, I probably won't have a chance for a while.

If you crank up the EC-Level, you can crop that % of pixels out of the image and the code will still scan (so you can add a custom image in the middle)

I really think Bitcoin arrived just in time to catch the fall of the world's financial meltdown.

Now you know why Evan & the team downed-tools on Evolution for a while to give some attention to the current implementation.

It's coz he thought "oh f*ck", this ship's sailing, like it or not, when world credit bubble bursts and we might not be Evo-ready. Better get everything on deck bolted down ready for prime time just in case

Here is a quick update on the 'Unofficial' Dash Chat Slack.

• We now have 68 members with a few people on at all times.
• We have on average 5000 messages per week with half in public channels
• We have reddit(soon whatisdash.org) questions come directly into our help section of slack, and get answered quickly.
• We have tweets from Tao, Tungfa, and others to keep updated on events.
• The new projects with whatisdash.org, dashmasternode.org, DARQ, and any new proposals get a lot of discussion.
• Questions for the DARQ podcast are posted on slack for live podcast on Sundays.(This Sunday's guest will be the owner of CoinGecko)
• Of course we also have random topics and some price discussions.

Bit of a cup and handle situation going on in Dash market.

Now encountering the Jan 22nd resistance level. Could bounce off this for a while and either breakout or retreat to 0.01+.

Anyone knows, how those bots on exchange are behaving ?
I have to say it... Don`t want to blame DASH, but have no other explanation to this. A several days ago, I bought DASH for 27 BTC, and letting it in a wallet, for longer term purpose... Last few days, when I saw DASH price, trying to climb up, and immediately taken down by a low volume. Price was moving around 100 - 109... Ok, I decided to sell all DASH, because of not good feeling, that it will go down more and more, instead of fact, that MACD 1h and 4h were performing somehow...let`s say stable. So today I sold all of them, and immediately price went to 115, and few hours later, we are on price, where I originally bought them. My point is, that market is either very deep manipulated, not even bots, but also big holders. I know, I`m new in crypto, but have somebody explanation for that ? For me, it seems, that bots were given its "fuel" (I bought DASH during correction) and now, when bots get DASH amount I previously bought,they manipulate price up to that level,  where I originally bought...Loss is my mistake, I will not cry about those 5BTC, which I lost this morning, but I do not like this way, manipulating behavior. Even now, buying or selling such amount of DASH, will make price difference about +- 0.001...

To be honest, this is not the first time... It happened to me on Cryptsy, and that was definitely ruled by bots ! those 0.00xxx buys and sells, fake sell/buy walls. It happened to me also before, that price went from very low point, to point where I previously bought, just right after I sell coins...

Yes, both android and iphone apps work.  The official slack(invite only) is on channel Dash and the unofficial(open) slack is on channel Dash Chat.  You can switch back and forth or to any other slack channel within the app.

It happened to me also before, that price went from very low point, to point where I previously bought, just right after I sell coins...

I have a free advice to you.... buy at whatever price you consider is good and hold it for a year...two...meaby three...do not get emotionally involved at price jumps and dumps...just keep accumulating at dips and hold.
