prefer current vs. concept. they look a little like broken paper clips. fonts are so so. EDIT Why not something like mastercard linking the merge from DarkCoin to DarkSend?

Crazy to see that Hirocoin, a total copy of Darkcoin is more popular this days. We have to be better in marketing It is crazy - what's going on?

The brand trust has to be conveyed at a payment point effectively without too much effort.

We have to be better in marketing It is crazy - what's going on? it is even worse copy, as it doesnt have dark send but maybe it has more fair distribution of coins.. I dont think moores law is something extra fair as very early adopters, or better say bot nets operators, got big chunks and now it is quite hard to mine some amount of darks.. on HIRO you can still mine nicely, even diff very low compared to dark.. I mine both

It can be because lot of coins were minted before block reward really started to drop significantly... like month ago it was over 100 coins per block reward and now it is around 20 (dont know numbers exactly, dont have time to look at it now, you can check at any pools block history..). So maybe early miners are selling their coins with huge profits.. good thing is, once coins change their owners, new owners probably wont sell it without any nice profit so they will hold it and price will rise. I think DRK has really bright future.. it is energy efficient, has great devs and will have dark send.. just very sound coin.. one of my favourite.. (besides MYR atm)

Crazy to see that Hirocoin, a total copy of Darkcoin is more popular this days. We have to be better in marketing Hirocoin just attracted pump and dump people who like short term profit. I think its price will come down shortly.

Another concept mockup: the red is interesting....but not the confidential text....maybe Privacy Network or Privacy Currency, etc. Probably not that clean for financial services.

Sorry guys, a good guide to Darksend (what it is, what it does)?
BTW, how do I update my wallet version? I just download the new .exe and open it on my pc?
Check out the Darksend progress reports in the OP . . this link was in one of the pdf's there: http://www.darkcoin.io/downloads/DarkSendDocumentation.pdfAs far as updating the wallet . . if you're using windows you'll need to delete everything in your c:/users/you/appdata/roaming/darkcoin folder except your wallet.dat file. After that then you can run the new exe. Your old coins will usually show up as unconfirmed until your wallet updates. Thank you. So I have to download the entire blockchain? For Darksend, I understand this is a mechanism to make your DRK transactions anonymous?

(besides MYR atm) another thing - their web site says there are a total of 672m coins and dark is around 22million, total. This hiro is "easy" to mine because there are so many and I think they have the same problem dark had before DGW was implemented.. with fake hashing taking place.

Yeah. On second thoughts, that one makes me think of governmental bureaucracy. Blech.

Regarding the subreddit theme, there have been quite a few people that say that the contrast is too harsh which results in not being able to read as good as other subreddits/the old theme. I agree and wanted to ask how we should fix it. Either we ditch the "Dark"-Scheme and go for a in general more user friendly look like /r/bitcoin /r/Litecoin and many other subreddits use it or we go with a greyish background (like this) what doesn't really look good but it's easier on the eyes. Any suggestions? bump
