No idea about fees but if you have the privkey you can import it into any wallet you like, but you'll need that wallet's passphrase to do anything with it subsequently.

When you import the privkey into a wallet, it's exactly like someone sent you the DRK. The wallet now has more DRK in it, it's gone from the wallet it came from. That's it.

The large holders I spoke of in previous posts.  Hyping the coin and saying everything was fine and dandy so they could buy time to get their coins on the exchange and dump while they tell others to hold.  

The people attacking me are the people dumping their coins.
