ITS TIME TO CHOOSE...

1-Sell , take profits, welldone , enjoy go buy your car, or even house
                       or
2-Buy, You believe in the tech , you trust VB and everyone thats working with him

option 1 means no more big bags of ETH for you
option 2 means hold your ETH for long term and watch the amazing things ETH will do after 14th and its finnally out of beta ( in beta it went to 1bill,lol )

choose wisely and dont regret your choice.

Quote
Ethereum will NOT have an infinite issuance. It is still in beta and as such they are still not decided as to where to cap the total supply.
REMEMBER: Ethereum has not officially been released yet!

If something is not its value is zero
well that's not entirely accurate either, fiat currencies have no cap.

he he,  I got a good laugh on that one.. Didnt seem mangox had a come back to that lmao.. Uff if people would just accept fiat is dead already.> And were looking at the new face of money.

Best Regards
Doug

AGAIN. There is NO LUCK involved. Only MATH/REASON.

1. Recognition from MAJOR TECH parties (IBM, MICROSOFT, RED HAT, SAMSUNG, BANKS, FINANCE INDUSTRY...).
2. Bitcoin and similiar old tech crumbling... Limits have already been met.
3. The World in CHAOS FACTOR <-- This here is what YOU CAN TRUST the WEALTH of the World WILL SHIELD ITSELF IN MASS VERY SOON with distributed technology (You ain't seen NOTHING yet with BTC over 1000$. ETH will go 1000+ times that.

I don't mind other coin i.e. Namecoin merge mining with Ethereum instead of BTC. A lot of coins i.e. DGB use multi algos and
I liked what Decred and Tuprov by using CCminer.
Can we write the code to also use Aisics for Eth coins?

The massive Network hashspeed rise has already indicated that. It's just not public. You will have to pay someone BIG $ to give you that code.

So I was using an old Geth, 1.0.2 and everything was working fine. Transferred a few coins to test and went smooth. Went to bed and woke up the next day and the Geth had froze. I close and reran it and it started to resync the whole block chain but wold get stuck at different points. So I had to keep closing it.

Tried to run the 1.3.5 and it says "Old database detected, upgrading...."

It has been like this for about 2 hours now. I am not sure if it is doing anything at all.

Any ideas?

EDIT: Aftre 3 hours or so it moved and now I have an "upgrading db log bloom bins" so maybe it is doing something.

If you are going to leave your BTC on an exchange please send it to this address instead 1GH3ub3UUHbU5qDJW5u3E9jZ96ZEmzaXtG, I will at least use the money better than someone who steals it from the exchange. Thanks Wink

I'm a big fan of @ethereumproject, one of the first truly innovative coins after #bitcoin

this coin whales are being taken out of the game, big real gov, banks , big corps. they dont want whales dumpin huge amounts when the market value is in the multi-billions+. Basically their is a bigger entity here now than what we are all normally used too. Wink
Many have made alot of $$ and are enjoying spending it..fair play, well done, you took a gamble on a unproven coin with alot of your $&btc , you deserve it.
Now after 14th march ETH will enter its real phase, big exchanges will add it, big corps will move from centralsed servers to peer2peer with ETH.
now it has the biggest dev fund ever along with one of the best crypto devs teams ever...im glad to be part of this... Smiley

http://www.coindesk.com/airbnb-exec-use-blockchain/
sounds like airbnb thinking of adding ETH,
if a company wants to do something innovative with blockchain, who do they contact if its for btc tech? the company is willing to throw $millions at leading the way in next gen technology but they are given nothing but if's and buts from btc investors and a mixed group of in fighting devs that have no where near the skill of the main man.
on the other hand if airbnb want to know how crypto could benefit their business, ETH core leaders are always an email away, to help educate the company on how to best use this tech.

The only people saying eth is overvalued are traders on the wrong side of the bet, either they missed eth all together
IMHO the only people saying eth is undervalued are traders that missed bitcoin all together.

Lol, look if you dont innovate you stagnate and that's bitcoin period, eth offers way more to crypto than btc

When you book a hotel through the airbnb, does it mean you have contract with the hotel? Can we use Eteherum to make that particular contract?

You just need some patience. I had the same problem before, I just waited out. If it is not right, you can download the whole blockchain again.

I'm completely new to Ethereum. I've downloaded the wallet (ver 0.5.1) It is fully synced to the main network and is showing 12 peers.

Just over 24 hours ago, I sent a small amount of Bitcoin from my Multibit wallet to my main account (Etherbase) but it is still showing a balance of 0.00 Ether.

My Multibit wallet is saying that "This Transaction Is Not Yet Confirmed"

Any ideas if I've done something wrong and how to rectify matters? I'm currently mining in a pool but not due a payout yet so I've no idea if I'm going to receive a payout when it is due...

Thanks

Did you try to send BTC to your Etherbase?
This can not work. Only ETH can be send to your Etherbase.
You have to exchange BTC to ETH first.

I don't know the Multibit-wallet and if it's capable to exchange currencys.
