http://solar.prominer.org

Needs more miners. There's one pool with 100% of the hash rate, this needs to be remedied. I'm mining on prominer, lets get more miners on there.

I switched to Rose Mining last week and I really like it so far. But my measly 450 khs machine isn't going to make a dent... Cryptopool is an amazing pool, don't get me wrong, but I agree we need to make a concerted effort to start spreading the hashing power to more pools.

People who call this coin a scam don't understand it.

The premine is held in reserve and given out for solar energy generation over the next 40 years.

There's no other way to do POW for solar generation

Don't listen to the haters.  SLR will be at $1 in no time...  Value behind the idea.  BIG TIME.  MAJOR MAJOR players involved in the financial sector and energy sector...  Do your research!

Hey this community is active and growing, I'd encourage all of you to setup an account over at the official solarcoin forums. I think it would be great if we could pull all of the interested participants together in one place.

Scam argument is for outside people who can't understand the potential of Solarcoin.

I think we should talk about algorithm  change including gravity well implementation.

The summer is coming, X11 and DGW will be the best in temperature and power consumption wise.

You know, you didn't need to premine your coin (25000 blocks of it) since you have 99.9% of it in your hands anyway.

The only eco friendly coins are those with no PoW.

Nice pump and dump attempt.

People keep quoting the same message since Jan. It has already been proven wrong!

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=429119.msg4691914#msg4691914

Here is the start of discussion: https://cryptocointalk.com/topic/3079-solarcoin-slr-information/

Geez guys I found this in 5 seconds.

Once this coin gets on Coinmarketcap it'll be up in the top 10 because of the premine for the solar industry. People will pay attention to it then. Expect a big rise.

EDIT: Gliss says this is in the next of three to go on Coinmarketcap: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=199685.0

I've seen this before, it's a seminar caller.

This is very important we do not need anyone with 250 MHz rig forking our coin.
