I need some one to do escrow between CGA and DGC... anyone know the best way to do so?
I'll do the escrow if you like. I'm running 2 non-scam pools, sawedoff and others trust me.
I will back that!

I will also vouch for wzttide as an escrow service.

The calculation for CGA/Day is way off on http://mpos.cga.anomalypool.com/index.php?page=statistics&action=pool.

MHs? CGA per day?

if this is true, mining will also become more decentralized  Cheesy

I probably had a lucky day lol:p Two days ago I've gotten 5 coins in one day with only 175 kh/s, since the difficulty increased dramatically I didn't get any today though:( Maybe you have a higher chance to create anomalies with a lower hash rate?

two days ago cga is not yet in exchanges (lower net hash rate)..it was only yesterday when poloniex added cga then net hash rate increased today..making the coin rarer..i'm mining in p2p..i felt the elusiveness of this coin today too..

The coin is predictable in every way that it needs to be in order to be a useful currency.

So, randomness, only for the sake of randomness, that happens to average out over time to be non-random like I was saying.

Not really, because the hash rate fluctuations are the main variable for the coin supply. You can predict the long-term current supply only if you can predict the hashrate for the period you are interested in. But just average hasrate prediction will not be enough though, you will need to guess the ratios of the different "supply rate" windows since the function is non-linear - e.g. the same AVERAGE hasrate for two different equally-sized periods will most surely result in different number of generated coins.

Yeah indeed it is really elusive today lol, I did see a block reward of 100 too though, he must be very happy. By the way, if there's anything I can do to help the community, i'd be happy to. Maybe send an e-mail to coinedup so that they can add the coin to their exchange or whatever

Can you enlighten me on where this 100 CGA block reward was?

Edit: and yes we need more promoters to get the word out. Emails to various exchanges and cryptocoin blogs would be a big help.

I thought that was possible, i may have read it wrong though but I noticed this:

Block   Approx. Time   Transactions   Value Out   Difficulty   Outstanding   Average Age   Chain Age   % CoinDD
24956   2014-02-17 17:10:23   3   100.04192241   7.853   13197   6.29784   16.0286   32.0512%

with value out: 100.04, I figured it meant block reward but maybe it just means that someone did a transaction or something..

I'll try and mail coined up, i've had great experience with them! great volume on there too

edit: I'm sorry, I thought it was possible to get 100 coins out of a block when you'd get a remainder of 0 but i just saw that it was only an idea.. I don't understand the blockchain website yet lol, im just a newbie

Haha ya it was just the transactions.  I was originally going to put a 100 CGA bonus in the code but decided not to. Thanks for our support!

I know a few people who are holding on to them, waiting for the popularity to increase. People are dumping. I have been scrounging my BTC so I can buy more.

The probability of hitting 100CGA at block reward is equal... 0 Smiley So it is practicly (not theorical) impossible Smiley

I gotta explain something to you guys: with only 100 kh/s at my disposal, from the time I first assembled my rig to the time I first heard about this coin (about 45 days or so), I had only made around .042 BTC in total (and half of that was from mining XPM on my laptop)- a little less than a dollar a day. Contrast that to three hours ago, when I sold 1.1 CGA - just 12 hours of mining profits - for about .023 BTC. I now have 20 CGA left, and the world is my oyster.

This is awesome.

It's a great feeling...Striking it for the 1st time!!!!  Congrats  Grin

Oh yeah...I started with 62 kh/s with my CUDA miner ....  Been there lol

I've been doing the same...Holding what I got and buying what I can on the dips... Wink. I think it'll be worth it.
