Literally the worst idea I've ever seen pitched on this forum.
And the reason being? This is one of the most original idea for a coin....I don't see how you say this... I know this is an old post...but still....

I have an idea that which I would like to share. Wouldn't it be good if the algorithm of CGA receives a name? In my opinion this would help with the coin's publicity. The early supporters already see it is a genuine idea, but it would be good if the message of originality can be conveyed by naming it with some catchy phrase. Something like 'Anomaly-based inverse adjustment' or 'Savedoff supply attenuation'. Anyone likes the idea?
I like this idea a lot! Would be great for marketing. How about: Relative Anomaly Check (RAC) algorithm. Relative because it's about the relationship between the current block and difficulty, Check for the 0 or 1 remainder being checked. Anomaly because, well you know.

Great ideas guys, keep it up.
Getting on Coinmarketcap would be great and very powerful I think. I'm not so sure about Coinwarz or the other profitability calculators - as you can't accurately predict the return, you can't actually calculate the profitability and so I fear it may be counter-productive.

Christ, people like this exist? A month ago, a dude I know stole 2 wallets, my ADHD meds, and a Nintendo Wii out of my car while we were at a music festival I drove him to. Somehow, Hazard is still the biggest douchebag I've ever heard of.

It may not be necessarily bad to get on Coinwarz now. Anyway, their profitability predictions are never correct - it is always based on the current diff status (and on some history, but this data is available for CGA too). Once a coin takes lead on their profitability list, the popularity of Coinwarz makes many people move to that coin - hence, you never get the profits as described in the moment you saw it - the difficulty rises and the coin will start losing places on the chart. The tricky part will be that they would have to make some custom implementation for the coins per 24h estimation, but it shouldn't be that hard (again, based on the current status). If added to Coinwarz, CGA will tend to make more frequent and larger jumps up and down the profitability list, but it will get the mainstream attention it deserves.

Is there a good place to see the historical block rewards and difficulty swings and such? I check the console and sometimes it is at 9 diff and sometimes it is at .9
I wonder if there is a way to automate my miner to mine CGA if the probability of generating an anomaly is high and to mine something else if it is low?

You could write your own script which gets the diff from your cryptographicanomalyd (RPC) and then switches your miner per CGMiner API for example Other question: Is there a way to see my found blocks with 0 reward? I know there is but how do I get them?

Re. Exchanges I think we should have an "agreed" (i.e. decided by s4w3d0ff) target for the next exchange and then work out what it will need to get there.
At the moment we have "vote for this, vote for that" and I think it is diluting our focus. Plus I haven't heard of half of these exchanges, though maybe that is just me.
Moreover I think we should be aiming now for one of the bigger exchanges.
E.g. If we say the target is to get on Coinedup and it will take x amount of CGA to get on there then we can start to see who is prepared to help, err, donate.

CoinedUp.com is a FREE crypto-only currency exchange. Software version 1.1.1.0203 They should add it for free. I mean... srsly? They added shit like CAGE. I think it wouldn't be bad for them to add a good coin like CGA. But on the other hand, with no fees they can't make money without charging BTC for adding coins
