It seems that they don't have entry fee. There are currently 14 markets there with overall daily volume ~300BTC.

I could be wrong but it seems like you are trying to promote Cryptorush.in... Do you work for them?
Because I think paying an exchange 0.25 BTC to put up CGA that, and I quote, "charges a small fee for buying and selling of orders at a rate of 0.18%, a small fee for withdrawing coins which is set on a per coin basis, and a fee for accepting new coins." IS WRONG! They would make enough money to cover there 0.25 BTC from 100,000 CGA trades (at the current price). If they want to add CGA because they think it would benefit their exchange then they should. But asking money from the developer so that they can make more money off fee's is the most retarded thing I have ever heard.
I am unemployed and broke, I did not make CGA in order to "get rich quick", I mad CGA because I had an idea hit me that no one else had thought of yet (that wasn't praying on the week minded, ie pandacoin (awww), potcoin (ya bro!) or tittiecoin (BOOBS!) or an other shitcoin you can think of) an I ran with it, I barely mine CGA because I don't have a mining rig (ya not a single one).
I do not have 0.25 BTC to throw at a greed scheme. Nor would I advocate anyone else to give cryptorush.in any money on my behalf.
With all that being said. If the community wants CGA to be on cryptorush.in, then flood their ticket box with community requests. I already sent them a community request but from the info on there site it seems like they just want money up front.
Lets work on getting on coinedup.com, they seem genuine.
