Here is the ToS that "doesn't exist" on SCC just for your enjoyment. https://scrypt.cc/tos.phpPlus if you guys think reporting is going to do too much, look at how many other Ponzi's are still up and running in HYIP Realm. If the website is paying the Hosts really typically could care less.

Reporting will help a shit. He did nothing criminal. It's a 'gambling' website. What you want to tell the Hoster? You send some digital coins to a anonym guy in brazil? And now you are pissed because you don't get them back? This will work for sure

And now you are pissed because you don't get them back? This will work for sure Reporting will get the site shut down, which isn't nothing. Any coins that you've lost, are gone. Since the domain is registered in the US and there's a web host in the US, and Ponzi schemes are illegal in the US, there are grounds to shut the site down. Sorry if you lost money, but recovery is unlikely at best.

just a logical thinking. If price 100perKHS is support/lowest planned/ he would never turn autoinvest for all. He want you to buy in this price and sell much lower later. I really didnt want to sell, but probably I will have to.

Most people consider that fraud. Also whats the game and what are the odds? Seriously some people will come up with any excuse to defend this fraud

How not really see. How is not listed on the title page. As is not shown inside. Today, after direct reference I saw for the first time. Anyway, never SCC

All I am getting at here, is that people are wasting their time reporting the site to the Web Host.
The fact is there is a ToS, you did accept it by clicking Register, it is right under the Register Link, and to add to that if you read it, it basically states that, We are not liable to anyone for anything, you accepted ToS by clicking register.
Plus any host does their due diligence typically, and if they do, they will see the ToS and read it. Which basically makes any of the complaints that are being tossed their way garbage.

Leaked footage of Admin demonstrating customer support to the Scrypt.CC team.

PSA: scrypt.cc is a scam, most likely of the "ponzi" variety. You will lose your money if you try to "invest" or "play" or whatever you want to call your participation in this shitshow. You've been warned.

Basically their terms of service states that they can do anything but can you violate it yourself? Do the rules apply both ways as well? and some mention about criminal activity in their jurisdiction so isn't running a HYIP an illegal gambling site? I've heard talks about XScrypt being some a website that was made with a bought Ponzi website script so then these types of sites would be illegal since the operator can just do whatever he likes, take a bit of KHS away if he likes, execute some auto-invest, delay payouts/not pay, delete you, keep your stash and make up any number he likes.
