This lack of public information was a result of misunderstandings between PR people.
Our current estimate is that CoinMarket.io will resume normal operation (with trading) in 24 hours.
The extended downtime is required to patch some critical issues, fix clogged up wallets and run full database audits.
Please relax. We will be doing our best to keep the site avalible for withdrawals until trading is restarted.
We are not going anywhere, more technical information coming soon.
All withdrawals that failed without an txid will be processed manually (most of them already processed).
That's great to hear. My last withdrawal got stuck without a tx id. I was wondering what was going on when I clicked the confirm link just now and saw "already confirmed" with the tx id blank. |

Alright I checked my own personal btc and it was all online when I was able to check. I will give this exchange another go to buy up more iCoin. If you guys need help with PR let me know, the iCoin team can assist but after the 9th April we going to be real busy |

No not really, Ive still not had a response, and the coins were not back in my account when the site was back up a minute ago, so Im still no closer to getting my coins. And they are offline again now, so doubt Ill be getting a response to the pm's either. |

Well, I managed to get my coins out, I didn't try earlier but after the week of silence I decided to do so at the first possible time. If they get their sh*t together I will still use them again in the future, because I really like their interface, but they'll have to run proven stable for a while first.

Hey Guys,
Just my opinion, but might be best to wait for the site to be up and running for about 1hr before doing deposits and withdrawals again.
Viperbass says his iCoins and btc he deposited to buy more iCoins is still available when he managed to login earlier.
So I take it by tomorrow this time things should be a bit smoother.

This exchange also had the perfect volume for iCoin at this stage, hopefully it can return and surpass the volumes it was achieving prior to this. |

Just to show you that mail is being sent: Yep - I used to get confirmation emails, but I get zero mails for any withdrawls now. Now have a total of thre withdrawls stuck in "pending". And still no answer from coinmarlet.io after well over a week and now 4 pm's.  |
