They genuinely seemed oblivious to the notion that they should reach out to the world.

The coin is now 98% down in price.

DNotes has launched their third long term Cryptocurrency Investment Savings Plan (CRISP) for students.
DNotes co-founder Alan Yong explained that student debt hardship is a growing global problem, with damaging implications in future job and wealth creation for students. CRISP For Students’ mission is to engage and involve students worldwide to participate, positioning them to benefit from potential high returns and job opportunities.

Students will be asked to provide their code, e-mail, institution and course of study. If a student is unable to register, they will be prompted with instructions on how to best ascertain a code from their institution of study.

Hi infovortice2013, the only easy way to describe it is by saying there is a 5% yearly reduction in block reward. It is designed to be both aggressive and longstanding.
The current block reward is 23.75, per year 12,483,000.
2016 it will be 22.5, per year 11,826,000.
2024 it will be 14.75, per year 7,752,600.
2035 it will be 6.75, per year 3,547,800
2064 it will be 1.75, per year 919,800
That brings us up to about 50 years. At that point we will be around 320m total.

Haven't run into that yet. Is it when you first start up the wallet? It takes a bit of time to load up, and you will see it in the system tray before it actually loads and is ready to use.
