but if we autoexchange to something else than bitcoin

who much fees exactly we pay

fee on sending to exchange, then it s sold in btc i guess, than buy the other coins and withdraw
and so it happen with each small transaction?

looks like we lose a lot in fees

3. Low hashrate is not that ideal usually. Pool would exclude your shares by PPLNS method if your shares are inserted too rarely.
(Pool thinks you are hopping pools)

Does this affect the multipool miners? How long do I have to mine on a given algorithm so my share would count?

Hi. What about pirl coin?  Will it be added on miningpoolhub?

+1 for this (PIRL is bigger than musicoin now)

I hope we could get some coins to mine faster...before we lose the momentum but i know you have lot to do Smiley

1. did you read the (some pages at least) thread?
2. yes its not so transparent BUT
3. service costs money! you could do it yourself, it will cost you more fees if you dont have high trading volume
4. from auto exchange site: "Additional 0.2% Fee is applied. (Txfee for sending from Mining Pool Hub to exchange site is included in this fee)"
5. read the thread, some information was already posted

I may have been reading the Block Shares graph on the Blocks page incorrectly.

So if the Actual (orange line) and Average (green line) are below the Expected (blue line), does it mean:
1. it took us less time (less shares) to find blocks OR
2. we found less blocks

In the last hour we had a 108% luck (unlucky), yet if the first case above was true, it would mean we have found blocks quicker than expected, right? However, the Block Overview below shows the opposite and makes me think the second case is true.

Can anyone confirm or even elaborate further?

Each point on the chart is a block, you will notice it skips numbers, so it does not show us blocks solved by other pools, otherwise it would have gaps in the chart.

If the Green is under the Blue, we are getting lucky, finding more blocks than typical.

You have some points accurate and some backwards. over 100% is unlucky, meaning we needed more shares(orange) to solve a block than was expected by the difficulty(blue).

All this does is compare shares we used, against shares it thought we would need. If we had 3 blocks that were fast, but 1 very slow block, that could result in us being unlucky for the hour, while the green line would dip under the blue for a little, but then come right back up.

Then I didn't read it wrong, thanks for confirming. My worry was that the block finding stats showed the opposite but that might have been due to pool updating those stats slower.

You do not need to use the autoswitch config with it. MPM does its own profit query and runs appropriate miner. So yes it would work on algo not listed as long as it is supported

added MiningPoolHub support

Create Account https://miningpoolhub.com / add worker

edit: startminingpoolhub.bat

1.change Username and WorkerName to yours

2.select how many gpu's you have eg: (1gpu ewbf 0 cc 0) (default 2 gpu ewbf 0 1 cc 0,1) (6gpu ewbf 0 1 2 3 4 5 cc 0,1,2,3,4,5)

3.remove any algos you do not want to mine (default all supported algos enabled)

4.there is a default 5minute per day fee, that can be disabled by changing -Donate 5 to 0

5.run startminingpoolhub.bat

I did that but still can not mine, I get error about not existing worker or wrong password.

Same here. Doesn't work. I appreciate all people who write / code these things but I cannot bite my tongue any longer. The instructions the come with most of these miners are absolutely atrocious. It's as if we are just supposed to magically know how to make them work. And even when there are instructions (at least this person attempted to list concise, step by step instructions) half the time those instructions are wrong.

For example: 1) Create Account https://miningpoolhub.com / add worker < Fair enough, but ADD WORKER WHERE?Huh?? In the "Hub" section? Under a certain coin? What?
Example 2) While the instructions do seem clear enough, please ALWAYS include a complete / functional sample.bat file. Everywhere there is a %USER% , am I supposed to put the username INSIDE the %--%? Or do I delete the % marks and just have the username? Also, do I need to do that in every line with every algo I want to mine?Huh?

The instructions make it seem so simple but after working with it for 30 minutes and not being able to get it to work, I gave up. All I'm asking coders / etc who put these miners together is to put together an instruction set that 1) Actually works, and 2) a FUNCTIONAL (not hypothetical) sample.bat file. I'd really like to try this miner but.....I don't have time "figure it out" when it doesn't work.

it really is that simple... its working fine for me....
heres example of it running.. https://imgur.com/a/8wRPG

there is a example.bat  (startminingpoolhub.bat).... it will run without changing anything....

all you need to do is create a account and worker @ mining pool hub

then edit startminingpoolhub.bat change User name and worker name...   eg.  -Username nemo     -Workername miningpoolhub    another example   -Username bobs -Workername 1070s

save changes to startminingpoolhub.bat

then run startminingpoolhub.bat

i Assume you have already followed the instructions on my Main Thread Page 1

If you have Windows 7, please update PowerShell: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=50395

CCMiner may need 'MSVCR120.dll' if you don't already have it: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=40784

CCMiner may need 'VCRUNTIME140.DLL' if you don't already have it: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145

running multiple cards its recommended to increase Virtual Memory 32gb-64gb is optimal

You don't need to add any workers, MiningPoolHub picks them up automatically (albeit with a delay but that doesn't cause any issues), however, they do need to be specified in any case when mining.

That is why I said mining is not for everyone. When deciding to build and maintain a rig, people are expected to understand at least the basics in this area or expected to be at least willing to learn OR you can always accept to have a lesser income than what your rig is capable of and go with the Nicehash miner for dummies. There are other one-click-miners out there as well.

All sample.bat files are functional out of the box if you are happy to mine for the developer. How do you expect a program to know who you are and what you actually want to do with it without basic editing?

MPH, have you looked into adding BitcoinZ? It looks promising due to its decentralised nature. Could also work well with the rest of the equihash algos in multipool setup.

On the FAQ page you have a list of commands, one for each algorithm. However when I have ethminer in that list it never gets passed that:

  ℹ  20:48:47|ethminer  Connecting to stratum server europe.equihash-hub.miningpoolhub.com:12023
  ℹ  20:48:47|stratum   Connected to stratum server europe.equihash-hub.miningpoolhub.com : 12023
  ℹ  20:48:47|stratum   Starting farm
cl  20:48:47|cl-0      No work. Pause for 3 s.
cl  20:48:47|cl-1      No work. Pause for 3 s.
ℹ  20:48:47|stratum   Subscribed to stratum server
  ℹ  20:48:47|stratum   Worker not authorized: myuser.first
  ℹ  20:48:47|stratum   Disconnecting
  ℹ  20:48:47|stratum   Stopping farm
cl  20:48:50|cl-0      No work. Pause for 3 s.
cl  20:48:50|cl-1      No work. Pause for 3 s.
cl  20:48:53|cl-0      No work. Pause for 3 s.
cl  20:48:53|cl-1      No work. Pause for 3 s.
cl  20:48:56|cl-0      No work. Pause for 3 s.
cl  20:48:56|cl-1      No work. Pause for 3 s.

how to make sure ethminer exists? I have:
~/ethminer -FF exit --farm-retries 0 -G -S europe.equihash-hub.miningpoolhub.com:12023 -O ${USERNAME}.${WORKERNAME}:x -FS exit

thank you

Maybe setting "--farm-retried 0" would do it. I haven't tested it, but read the source code.

I really see "--farm-retries" and not with a d (just as I had it) in the code: https://github.com/ethereum-mining/ethminer/blob/master/ethminer/MinerAux.h#L138

And I got it from the batch file examples in the FAQ from miningpoolhub.com so I think the example is not working as described.

If it is not working maybe better change the example...
