Litecoin is one of the oldest cryptocurrencies out there. The user base is bigger than a lot of other coin out there. This can be seen from the current rank at 6th on coinmarketcap. I think Charlie Lee have something huge planned out for this project. So at current price it is a great buy.

I fully agree. And today we have a Litecoin developer update. Exciting  Grin

Maybe let us wait for these new coins heavy correction and old reliable coins like Litecoin will start owning volumes once again.
Hope it will happens, i am sure litecoin is great many people have to recover from big loss since last month it was at 0.021 against BTC

Many alts fell, stratis and siacoin for example had a big fall, siacoin was in the 0.00000700  satoshi and today struggles to reach 0.00000190 satoshi and stratis reached the 0.00270000 satoshi and today struggles to reach 0.00150000 satoshi. And to make it even worse the situation of the alts has someone who said that if bitcoin climb up to  $5000 the alts would fall 20%

LTC is the best candidate to gain from the BTC forking wars. The longer they go on, and the longer there is no winner, and the better LTC looks. So LTC is still a Buy, definitely. I will never sell mine for less than 0.25 BTC each.

imho all depends on how the forking wars will evolve. At the moment there is quite some uncertainty.
yes, 0.25 BTC because of their monetary base (21 millions vs 84)

How do you think how will LTC price after BTC segwit? lighting network?

I think LTC is primed to go higher. It looks like $59 may be the next price jump

Dash and now Monero have had their pumps.
It's looking like it's LTC's turn next.
Starting to move up nicely.
Anyone who's ever heard of Masterluc/Lucif would be interested to know he has predicted that LTC will hit 0.05 on his blog.

Litecoin is not yet available in Japanese market? Monero and Dash already mooning. Litecoin and Ripple should follow soon as Bitcoin's trend is declining.

You don't have a clue how LTC is popular and this kind of mocking is childish. Better investigate about LTC. BTC once was a dream!

Major pump is yet to come. LTC is just not in focus of investors at the moment, so it would be wise decision to invest now while other have doubts!

I agree that looking at 21/84 = 0.25 is too simplistic and is not likely. I think somewhere around 0.012 is fair market value for Litecoin being valued like the silver to bitcoin's gold.

I also think Litecoin will have use as a real-live testbed for Bitcoin scaling and atomic swaps with litecoin will strengthen bitcoin's capabilities.

But these numbers being thrown out are crazy. Silver is valued at ~$14B vs. Gold which is valued at ~$6T. Theoretically Litecoin could get up to like Paypal or Visa value if it's payment rails become very efficient, but I think we're a long way away from that.

Litecoin above $200 is off the table, and $50-200 is going to need much more than just speculative buying and holding.
