Where is that posted? I wish he would be more clear on some of these times, ie what does 'soon' actually mean? Because it's going on 22 hours since I had my last transfer.

I'm just happy I was able to withdraw 1% and that they have actually replied to my messages Smiley

Thank you for your message. As the new owners of BTC-Arbs we are happy to hear from you and are interested in hearing any suggestions that you may have. We are aware that the "Legacy Fund" method of doing things isn't ideal for some members, however it is the best way to ensure that all of our books are in order as we begin to move forward. As you will see, we have already started to transfer a portion of the Legacy Funds back to the main balance. Furthermore, we have processed all withdrawals that we have received.

We would appreciate your patience during this transition. A manual verification of the funds within the system is necessary, particularly due to the fact that there were a number of issues that arose as a direct result of the Heartbleed bug.

Further information regarding this transition will be provided in the coming days, along with information about our acquisition of an official investment license.

Sincerely,
Ron James & The Global Capital Alliance

Hi Guys

I am aware you are very busy with the acquisition and handovers, but please could I withdraw my btc? I deposited it like only a few days ago so my funds shouldn't be "legacy" at all...

Regards,
Ryno

I have yet to receive any replies in the Support Zone. I find this all to be really shady. They've given no timetable on returning funds and the fact is, any investment company would have conducted an audit of their assets before buying them out. There should have been no reason we would have our funds locked up like this. They are also presumably using those funds for trading, still...yet we don't earn a dime on it.

Maybe that's the scam...using the funds lockdown as a way of not paying us the correct amount from their daily results, in order to grow their bankroll.

No. Nothing Bitcoin-related in their portfolio and no "Ron James" as CEO.

The company doesn't exist, as far as can be discerned via web searches.

If it is, there is no person named "Ron" there and their news site is void of any mention of btc-arbs.

hello everyone again...Smiley

the comment is posted on the results for today...and hell yes, they are right...we have 2 transfers from the legacy to active wallets: the first one is the 1% we had I think yesterday....and another one of smaller amount....in my case I have 0.0112 (the 1% from total amount) and the second one is 0.0027...the most interesting item (check the first red line comment):

23/04/2014 20:17   Your investments have earned you
22/04/2014 23:18   Legacy Fund Transfer of 0.0027
22/04/2014 23:13   Bitcoin withdrawal for 0.0112 bitcoins completed [Ref: #]
22/04/2014 19:46   Bitcoin withdrawal request for 0.0112 bitcoins
22/04/2014 18:00   Legacy Fund Transfer of 0.0112

and my actual balance is 0.0027 so with today's percentage I gained... 0...lol something I couldn't ever imagine better....

so they are so damn right - they made 2 transfers from the legacy to the active one....they processed all withdrawals as commented...(people like me who asked to withdraw 0.01xxx btc out yesterday) again, they're damn right in keeping their promises...cannot f@king complain about it...the amounts doesn't matter ...just like in sex...size doesn't matter....for some people...who usually suffer of that complex Smiley..to be clear: in my case the transfered amount really matters..to stick with the topic Smiley

Bottom line of a logical thinking based on my above comments: they are trusty 0 they do what they promise...(and I am being sarcastic now)...
...NOT....and going forward, we will have more BTCs in our accounts soon...I bet I will not have more than another round of 0.0027 - am I the only one thinking these people are really taking us for fools?

We really need to think on something constructive here that can help us on recovering our btcs back...and to be honest I really don't have a clue how to do it...and I think this is the beauty of the BTC world...easy to track BTCs but hard to get them back...correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm convinced that what they're doing is exactly what they did over the four day Easter "break." They used an excuse not to pay out any interest, and kept the profits for themselves to build their bankroll. Right now, every investor (big and small) has their "legacy" balance locked away, unable to withdraw or earn interest. Yet they have not stopped trading while they do their "accounting" (and how that's possible, I have no idea). So what they're doing is basically keeping 99% of the profits from arbitrage, paying out a tiny trickle to everyone based on what's been released from the legacy balance.

I would HOPE that what this results in is a big enough bankroll that they can pay people out...because they've got to know that when they start releasing peoples' balances, they're going to be dealing with a mass exodus.

I would accept this action as long as I will recover at least my initial investment...to be honest...and I wouldn't blame them for that...but the way I see it I don't think it will happen, I don't have any certitude something good will happen....

When you say "build their bankroll". I don't believe they are doing it just to pad their own wallets. I think they are out of money and are having to lock funds to trade with in order to pay back large interest owed.

I really wish to believe that is really happening and I would support that as well...but I still remain to my idea: they're scam..unless otherwise proven. The proof is very simple: allow me to withdraw my btcs and see them in my wallet...then I will post something good for them, even a tiny thank ya'll guys for your support - btc arbs rullz..and all that crappy good words Smiley...until then...I am sorry, I can't do that.

Right, when I use that term I mean that they are growing their balances without needing to pay out the interest owed to the investors...what the actual purpose of that action is, remains to be seen. But I'd be much more comfortable if that were the case, if they'd just come out and say it. Not play these games, talking about "audits" that aren't actually being conducted and things like that.

I'm in agreement with sorrynn - I'm ok with it, if i get my original investment back. I also agree with you that it would be nice if they would be honest and up front with us, but they are scared of a run I think (which will happen anyway).

In any case we are now locked in without earnings against our will.    The two transfers were tiny and basically it is absurd to even call them a transfer.   These guys are nothing but crooks.

HOLY CRAP!!! A SCAM ACCUSATION!?!? I'M PULLING MY FUNDS NOW!

/sarcasm

Right, Crypto Mining Blog is a paragon of virtue and honest reporting:) All the links to btc-arbs.com in that article are affiliate links, also the two links at the end of the article to Bitcoin Trader and My Daily Coin. The author is calling btc-arbs.com a scam while trying to make affiliate commisions by referring new customers.
