The middle investors will receive installments like the larger investors.
lesnod, your first payment will be sent this week.
The next batch of payments will be sent tomorrow.
It seems that you are prioritizing the ones that complains the most. I have 11.5 BTC, so I think I am a middle / large investor. I've sent an email on may 30th, so I think I should be one of the first to get anything on a first come - first serve basis. I have not received a single installment, nor any PM with a projected payment plan like freejack. Please, clarify when will you be paying back. If you don't do this, the thread will be filled with people like me who see the only way to get some btc if you are a middle or large investor is to keep sending msgs. I just want some fairness and transparency. If middle/large investors receive installments, give the first to everyone before sending a second installment to some. Well, I am posting here everyday, maintaining the spreadsheet everyday, have a small deposit amount (0,5815) and sent my messages pretty early in the process and haven't seen anything yet too.

***btc-arbs please read***
I've emailed and pmed you over a week ago and have been patiently waiting for payment but it seems that you haven't made an attempt to return the btc that you've stolen from me. I can barely pay rent and need my 1.9 btc back. Please acknowledge my post. Return btc to 1DLVSkwh7ARc6eEmkb3MdGotztEGYeApnp

You should remove you address so thread does not get shut down. He has already stated that multiple contacts (many emails/pm's) will put you at the back of the list.

Dude I was definitely one of the first emails. I emailed him hours after he posted about a refund. That should put me in the front of the list.

You would have been paid some if he was actually intending to do a refund.

STAY AWAY: rockwell,btc-arbs,bitcoin-trader - I've been playing HYIP's and have a near flawless record over the last year. Made over 1000% return last year. Play HYIP's safely and smart! Stay away from the referral whores on this forum, especially from those putting out their referral links in their signatures. They have no other interest but to profit from you.

It seems that you are prioritizing the ones that complains the most. I am currently doing the opposite. I am doing my best to resolve things in an unfortunate situation that occured due to a hacking. I appreciate those who are supporting the refund process and the promise to repay everyone. Next batch of refunds in 15 minutes.

How to get your refund:
Follow the instructions in the original post. A little while ago I pasted here what I sent. I got my refund pretty swiftly. Give as much info as you can. Don't just say "I lost 2BTC, send it here." Say what your username is on both BTC-Arbs and here. Give transaction references. Don't send it multiple times. This guy is getting a fuck load of requests. It's going to be hard enough verifying everything without having to deal with duplicates. Every time you send another request you're making this take longer.
I'm lucky, I've got my refund. I want to see everyone get their refund but I don't see that happening when people are failing to follow the simple instructions. Patience is hard but if it's a case of waiting for your refund or pestering and never getting your refund I think the answer is obvious.

PSA: scrypt.cc is a scam, most likely of the "ponzi" variety. You will lose your money if you try to "invest" or "play" or whatever you want to call your participation in this shitshow. You've been warned.

And what about transparency and predictability in your payments? Can you provide that? That way we (the investors) could be more patient, knowing approximately when will we be receiving our btcs.

As long as the payments keep happening, I think we can be satisfied that he is attempting to make restitution. This is day six for me without a payment made, but I can see that he IS paying people and so I'm willing to cut him some slack, as long as people ARE being paid and a significant number of them. As for transparency...we're never going to get that. He could say whatever he wanted, we have virtually no way to confirm what's happening. What I trust is people confirming they've been paid, and the results showing up on the spreadsheet. He agreed to repay me within 20-40 days and he's WAY off that pace, now...so even if he gives you a plan for repayment, it isn't a guarantee.

What happened to the promised return on investment, guys?
Isn't he supposed to follow through with that? It is basically fraud on a major level on his part....
He is only giving refunds? Only to a tiny % of what he owes?
He's never going to be able to pay back the majority of the people he owes now... Otherwise he would have done so by now
He might as well just admit it.
He is located inside of the United States, right?

BTC-Arbs Its good to hear that refunds are still continuing. I know from my side, it would be good to know when my requested refund was verified from your side. This would at least let me know that you received the proper information and was able to confirm it on your side. I have been holding off sending another e-mail - as I assume your mailbox is full - and I don't want to risk duplicates but been anxiously waiting to hear something - even if it is just letting me know that you were able to confirm everything on your side. This is all information that you have to run through anyways on your side, so perhaps a list that is more transparent. A read/only document on GDocs perhaps. All we really need is: Username / Unverified Amount / Verified Amount At a minimum. Username: Deathdefyer2002 E-mail Address initial e-mail sent from: nebuchadnezzarrk@gmail.comAmount in Question: 3.2 BTC

I don't want to send you another PM and cause confusion, but I haven't seen a reply from you and I'm wondering is that because I didn't provide a precise account balance and deposit transaction ID's? Thanks in advance for your response. If you or anyone has a list of btc-arbs deposit addresses, it would help me figure out my transaction ID's as I did not label them at the time.

I didn't have the transaction ids either, mine went from exchange to btc-arbs wallet, and the exchange only keeps a limited amount of transaction history in the logs. I have a screenshot of my balances, however I am willing to settle for the 1 BTC and you can give the remaining (.2 I believe) to someone else. But I'm probably on the extremely low priority list anyhow.
