Interesting concept. I put 10 Erupters on it. Let's see how many coins I get. If I wasn't addicted to cpu mining PTS maybe I would put a few of those on it too.

To test it, I rented some rigs on betarigs. Of course, only skrypt - but when I started, the diff was quite low.
Still, the coin output is poor, very very poor.

Just to clarify the algorithm - is my miner working all those 2.5 minutes, or is it only active during the 30 seconds scrypt shares?
Because if it were only active 2 minutes out of a 10 minutes window - then that would explain the poor profitability, and pose the question - how to spent the other 4/5 of the time better.

Your miner is active the whole time, but every algo gets a block every 2.5 minutes, that's why the relative low reward

Me too. I think it has the fairest distribution in cryptos. Even if asics are raping sha algo, botnets groestl algo, but still gpus are having the other three algos to compete. Never seen such thing before so congrats for the ideea. Grin

added 24h diff graph for scrypt+groestl+qubit algos I think I'll have to do separate graphs for skein and sha because the valuse are so high they're gonna make these other 3 algos look like a bottom straight line Smiley any thoughts guys ?

A 24h graph that shows how coins are spread between algos ? I am not so sure they are proportional ..

I already posted that last night ... well not that per-say but a statistic showing blocks/algo I guess I can do a pie chart with blocks per algo.

EDIT: Hmm, 16043 total blocks ? I'm getting 8657 via getmininginfo ?!

Developer should explain the difference between sha256(24.9%) skein (15.3%) and three algos at 20% ? Stronger hash power gets more blocks ?? What happens if asic miners increase hash rate by 2 or 3 times ? They get all the blocks ? This should not happen, this is a flaw in the algo and should be corrected in the next update, blocks should be spread equally accross all algos.

I think the difference was caused at the launch when there were mostly sha and scrypt miners

Thats one more question for the dev, what happens with the block if its not solved by the appropriate algo..

I think it is like 5 different coins united in one. There is no competition between them. And total reward actually is 5000 coins in 2.5 min.

I like this coin because it has a similar approach like Vertcoin, but approaching from a different perspective. While Vertcoin aims to eliminate ASIC mining to give everyone an equal chance to participate, Myriad does that by introducing multiple algorithms at once, giving even more opportunity than Vertcoin. I expect Vertcoin to rise 10x and Myriad 100x just because of these advantages.
