What's "stupid" is you thinking someone can't stick things into the blockchain while remaining completely anonymous. You create a brand new wallet and do your dirty work. You can even fund that wallet completely anonymously if you're smart enough. You can't stop real criminals that know what they're doing. Nor can you stop people from writing their own stuff to access the blockchain. And since they've made a big deal about not wanting criminal activity on there, they've made it so people are going to want to do it. Hell, someone could setup a service in some country that the US can't get to and let people upload and view shit on there if they wanted to. There's a huge difference between people using a coin for illegal activities as opposed to it being PART of the illegal activity which is what BSV now is. It is technically distributing child porn to everyone that uses the full blockchain.
