Stop comparing ETH with BTC!!!!!!!!

I don't like it either, to be honest. I do not like when Bitcoins are compared with other cryptocurrencies. It is not comparable, I think. Because one of that kind. One thing when compared to each other altcoins. This one, and Bitcoin is another.

Since I joined the cryptocurrency world and even this forum I have seen something that people always do that I think its not the right way. People always compaire ETH with BTC telling us that ETH is the best cryptocurrency. I really doubt that because looking at these two coins, although they are all blockchain based currencies but to me BTC is doing far better than ETH. BTC was created before ETH but look at the performances and judge it yourself. I really do not want to talk much about this issue. Guys what do think about what I am arguing about?

I also have the idea of agreeing with you, but even though btc has a good price I don't want to be a lie if eth is also one of the best coins at the moment. now btc or eth are the two coins most loved by someone, so this is not a comparison, it is only based on a choice.

Yes, any coin is better than Bitcoin in different parameters. The moment is that it is not important who is better - it is important who is first. This is the only bitcoin that surpasses all other coins, no matter how cool they are

Why do we need to compare Bitcoin and Ethereum? These are completely different projects. Bitcoin is the king of cryptocurrency and I think it will remain so.

Yes I agree with you that bitcoin is way far different than ETH. But ETH had its better sides also. Yeah, better not compare them for it will still be bitcoin who will win at the end.
The ERC20 compliant tokens that helped a lot of projects to be done. I wont list it but you can see them all in CMC by now. Some of them are at top 100 crypto currencies.

I am not really a fan of Ethereum but as I see this new projects bloom, somehow it gave me the belief that ETH have its own field of specialty.

Technologically, Ethereum better than Bitcoin. But the crypto market is not a technology market, it is a speculation market. In addition, bitcoin has a very strong support for crypto players. Perhaps in the future the market will become civilized and more technological projects will be on top.

Well Bitcoin and Ethereum are fundamentally different, but they also have strong cryptocurrency roles. You can definitely compare things when they are not exactly the same, otherwise why would you need to compare if they were exactly the same?

Ethereum has its strengths as a SC platform, Bitcoin simply has no SC functionality. People should stop thinking of how ETH's value can grow as a cryptocurrency and start looking into how it can be used as a platform to build the future!

I do not compare the price of ETH and Bitcoin. The important thing is that I work at the bounty to get the token that is exchanged for ETH or BTC. Just learn that they compare ETH and BTC because they have different opinions and have different favorite coins.

Why would you do that? Bitcoin and ethereum price are huge difference because ethereum is around 200$ to 250$ and bitcoin is around $6K - $7K  huge gap, right?

This is a useless dispute. These are two very strong projects in the cryptocurrency market. Each project is good in its own way. Bitcoin - digital gold. Ethereum is a platform for projects development.

too many and often investors compare ETH and BTC in terms of quality. from what I often hear BTC crypto king and ETH the ICO king I am not too sure because over time it will be gradual in the development period. we alone will prove it by investing in BTC and ETH.

dont fall on it mate because those who always saying ETH is better than btc is totally a Fud's . They're using that tricks to convince more investors to switch bitcoin into ETH. It was an old technique actually to promote ETH in easy way which no one believes and until now people wondering why even it's obvious. Lmao

It's obvious that someone who prefer a determined thing in life thinks that thing is the best one. It's a matter of perception in that case.

Bitcoin is the pioneer of the blockchain technology, that is a place i don't believe can be taken away from it. Smart people will prefer to play with it than to try to replace it. Unless some want to make some profits making people believe it will happen.

I personally don't hate Ethereum, it's useful also and it is growing at a good rate. However, altcoins will remain altcoins.

I absolutely agree with you , it's really stupid to compare Ethereum or any other altcoin with Bitcoin . I think this happens because each new project wants to somehow advertise itself and they believe that such a primitive way of PR will somehow help them. But today market participants are much smarter than before and they will not believe into such a primitive PR, moreover, it may even negatively affect the project’s reputation.
