I am currently going through a issue where BC. Games introduced Trading and since i actually do Binary Option Trading i did it for a bit i came up from 1$ to 170k in about a hour or two.

So you went from 1$ all the way up to 170 000 $ in a totally legit way without exploiting any rules or bugs? Seems highly unlikely to me. There are a lot of tutorials on this forum giving you information how to upload pictures/screenshots and please do this so we can all have some more background on this case.

Well, from $1 to $170K in about an hour or two is like a Sci-Fi movie... I doubt we will see any background! He can't log in now, and of course, he can't take any screenshots, very convenient. If this happened to me, to catch x170k somehow, on any game, on any site, I would immediately document it all... just in case, and certainly to brag a little.

And I am not sure I understand BC.Games have with trading and Binary Options Trading... What am I missing?

You presently only need to wait and let us wish that the problem will be fixed. Also, if you have noticed, there are many gamblers in the forum who appear to go to different threads in this subforum and make scam accusations. The skepticism has increased on these gamblers and it would not be very shocking if account farmers are hired to do this.

Speaking of games, I also just found out from this Ann thread that bc.game is running a tournament for crash games so do well to keep crash game on your list of games you’ll be trying out, also don’t forget to register for the tournament.

I just saw that the team representing bc.game has responded to your thread, I think there is some truth in what @bbc.reporter said, you just need to be patient for them to solve your problem, to be honest I don't have many problems on this site and sometimes play often too on this site without any problems, maybe I will also be like you if there is a problem that needs to be complained about, especially if there is no satisfactory response from their service support.

I think there's no harm in waiting for the bc.game team to respond to you again and solve your case problem so that it can be resolved immediately and there is nothing that makes you uncomfortable playing there, sometimes we need to be patient to solve problems and maybe they will reply to you immediately if they come back again.

It’s been 2 days since the scam accusation thread created and it only take few hours just to verify if the support message to the victim is legit or not about intentionally losing all the profit before he can withdraw the balance since this case will be over of the chat is proven real since they really need to refund the loss.

I really think that the screenshot regarding the support statement is real or else they will get back here the moment they verify since this is a very serious accusation.

I’m not if the support is dumb but they can just hold the prodit and allowed the initial deposit to be withdrawn then banned the account to save trouble for internationally losing it.

I saw your thread and it's closed now, the good thing here is that at least also update this post of yours that the bc.game has helped you out and got your deposit back although it took 10 days but it's been resolved. As for that mistake you've made of forgetting the memo, I guess if that happens for the second time around, it's your fault.

Yup, just take puregrinding's case for example. It took time for him but everything has been well and resolved.

It is always good to be skeptical but Gekkebelg is a legit high roller on multiple casinos. He has posted scam accusations before which where always in his right so I think his claims are legitimate. Both Icopress and Efialtis are in close contact with the team so hopefully they can help reach out to the team to get this issue sorted.

I just want to comment that the site itself is good, but the support itself is absolutely terrible. I deposited X amount and was told I would receive a deposit bonus, but never arrived.

First time contacting support, received a response 20 minutes later telling me it would be credited soon then my chat was closed.
Second time contacting support, received a response an hour later, provided a response within 12 minutes with screenshot requested, got another response an hour and a half later asking for more screenshots and then chat closed before I could respond.
Third time contacting support, I explicitly said I had raised 2 tickets and had been closed without giving me a chance to respond and to please leave it open, I receive a response 3 hours later with a useless link to a help article which had clearly not applied and then ticket closed before I could respond.

Sorry to hear about that, aside from reaching the live chat support. Did you tried messaging them through their discord and other platforms? But since you've reached out to this thread, once the forum representative sees that, I am sure that he'll get back to you just like how they've responded with a thread that have taken their action. But it looks like 10 days has passed since the rep has logged in to the forum. While I do understand your frustration, try to follow it up on their other channel. And if they've said that it will be credited soon, maybe more patience is needed even if you've already applied it.

Just tested the site today with high rolling and it looks like it's forcing you to wager your own deposit - why not do what Stake is doing, you can deposit and must wager at least once (not twice, even if the odds don't matter)... or maybe it's only once but sports wagering doesn't count and then it needs to be fixed?

If you are pertaining to lock BCD bonus, They do this type of bonus system so that players can redeem the bonus anytime they want. Bc.game doesn’t expired but rather just lock so you can redeem it slowly while leveling up you VIP level status through wager.

I’m not a fan of lock bonus too but I understand the benefits of it if you are a regular player in the casino since you can claim that bonus anytime you want compared to other bonus that expires if you didn’t complete within the duration time.

There are other casino that is worst than this. Sportsbook doesn’t count and live games only 5%-10% wager count. Only slot counts as 100% wager which is a total bull crap since we all know that slot will surely give you losses in the long run.

I'm not quite sure which wagering requirement you are referring to, is it wagering requirement to unlock the BCD? If it is, does it something that will not affect our gameplay? I mean we are not forced to wager, we can use our balance as we wish (deposit is not locked) since the BCD is just like a bonus for player's wagering activity in bc.game. It is unlike the most common deposit bonus where our deposit is locked until we complete the wagering requirement. Although to unlock BCD has high wagering requirement but it is still better than deposit bonus imo. Correct me if I understand it wrongly.

As I understand on his statement, the new update already adds wagering requirements the daily quest. The casino can update the ToS anytime for all their bonuses and promotion including daily quest even though this promo exist since the beginning.

I'm not BC.game player anymore but they are updating their rewards structure since many players manage to get profit with their promotion due to weak requirements before. Read the updated ToS because they might apply the same x40 wagering requirements now with the daily quest.
