Fine these answers and solve your issue. Your account got hacked, it could be because your device might be compromised. Night is what I said and with the level and scheme hackers/scammers have got, they can even have a bug on your device that gives updates on your activities. 2FA wouldn’t save you much at that point as all you do is mirrored with them. The closest 2FA could do for you is the awareness but, of course, they could join mails or create alternative mails and what have you to still be affiliated.

I have uploaded my ID documents exactly 11 days ago and they are still pending! And I opened already 6 different live chats and everytime all they say is wait. How on earth can it take this long? I have sent you my username per PM.
Please finally speed it up, this is rediculous.

They said there were no open tickets when they checked, and you uploaded those documents eleven days ago and contacted live support six times. Even though you opened live chat six times, number of tickets is zero. That's mean the support agents marking those live chat conversations as solved so their boss or others does not see it as pending or as open ticket.

Even though Bc game claims they have 24/7 support, I still believe they should have another support channel where people can contact regarding their issues. Or at least if they monitor the cases here in Bitcointalk, it would be helpful for them. Sometimes support agents does not care and mark tickets as solved without further investigation.

I deposited 100$ in fiat currencies and play only their house game blackjack and their evolution gaming exclusive bc.game blackjack. I play most of my cards here on both live and house as always ranging from 12 to 16 while the dealer have 10 and A face up card.

This is the most terrible bad luck I ever played on casino for my long time playing blackjack on different casino. Again, I’m not telling that this casino is rigged since my bad luck can’t prove it, Just sharing my first impression on this casino.

I know how you feel... I feel the same about some providers. I will never play Hacksaw, Spinomenal, or Endorphina slots again! And I think I will add a few more providers to this list soon. I lost thousands of dollars on these slots over time, playing normally and buying bonuses, but after so many x0 bonus rounds and long long losing streaks, I will simply forget about these providers, especially Hacksaw!

We all have bad days when nothing goes right, and everyone deals with it in their own way. These days I am on a losing streak, so I hope we will have more luck today and in the upcoming days... Every losing streak has its end!

I understand you completely and to be honest, I don't know the right words to use to express how I indeed feel, but one thing I must try to make you understand is that, the fact that you were in bad luck on the first day you played on this casino does not necessarily mean that the rest of the days you're going to play on the same casino is going to be the same, in other words, how the beginning of something is does not tell how the end will be, you might start your play with a very bad note but still end being one of the best if you are Lucky, here, you started as a loser, but there is also the possibility that you will end up as a winner if you continue playing, and this is not me trying to cajole or force you into changing a decision you already made, but this is just me trying to point some facts to you and to those who might be following and probably experience the same thing.

Agree to Hacksaw provider! I have same terrible experience with that provider. Burning a lot of dollar on bunch of spin without hitting any huge multiplier even for just recovering my losses. Nice to see comments that appreciate what I’m trying to convey here.

Probably, they are too busy with multiple cases. But I believe if they need more employees to do their work on time, they should do it and solve every case in a timely manner. The lack is from the BC game side. There is a reason why efialtis does not respond to you. The possible reason is he also did not get any response from the BC game side and he has nothing new to share with you.

Icopress might have direct contact with them. You can try PM him. The notable thing is any of them (Icopress, efialtis) won't be able to solve the issue if Bc game does not respond to them. Well, I perfectly understand bud, first impression is indeed something many people take seriously, even though it doesn't always have anything to do with what the end impression might be or look like, many still see their impression with something as a pointer to whether to keep doing that thing or just quit ...

This the speculation that I’m trying avoid believing since it will destroy my whole belief in gambling in overall since we are all just trusting all the casino that their games will be fair which is why it’s called probably fair.

You just had a bad day and that's it, talking about the software and how we pray that the house will not get better cards is a bit funny... We all wish to win whatever game we are playing, we hope or pray for some luck, but it's gambling. Who said you will sit at the table and you will win the money just like that?

We need to place bets and wager for unlocking BCDs. Unlock amount = wager amount * 1% * 20%. There is a "Sports Weekly Bonus" as well, but you need to wager $500 weekly to unlock it. I have over $10k for unlocking.

Simply register and open the Bonus tab. All the bonuses are displayed there, and if you click on the small question mark in the upper right corner, you will get more information about the bonus itself and how to unlock it in get it.
