As for Manchester City, every serious team has slumps. There are plenty of examples among the same English football clubs, it happened with Arsenal and Liverpool. Despite a 5-match losing streak (if we take into account the games in the EPL, English Football League Cup and Champions League), City are still in second place in the EPL table, then they can easily give the same winning streak of five matches.

Problems in Manchester City now come from many factors. Their main players who are parts of their massive success last 7 seasons with Pep Guardiola are older and some are walking through very last seasons in their career. Kevin De Bruyne no longer has good fitness to start in a debut squad and now he only can play as a substitution. Rodri is younger but he got a serious injury ACL and will miss all rest of season. Kyle Walker is known with his good speed but in the defeat with Tottenham, we saw how easily he was beaten by Tottenham Hotspur in speed race.

Another big reason is their players seem to feel satisfied and enough with many titles recent seasons. Pep Guardiola have tone of works to do for improving their performances to rescue this season.

The rewards you are getting on site are BCD, which is another token they have created and been using for a while already, but it's not the same thing since BCD is bound to usd and the bc token has it's own price.
They gave a bunch away about 1 month ago when it came out (the more you wagered within a certain time frame the more you got), now you can only buy it on site or MAYBE get it through their telegram coco rush game, but not sure of this will ever happen since it's been running forever and nothing really happened with it.

In my opinion, it is difficult to bet on big clubs because they are inconsistent at the moment and still need to find their feet. So much so that in the next games I believe that PSV will win or draw and regarding Real Madrid I believe that they will lose to Liverpool.

holydarkness good suggestion because most times gamblers who have this kind of issue tend to run out of patience, and we can see from the tone of this guy how he is willing to open a scam accusation because of not being able to sort out things through emails and support, but in reality, casinos supports have hundreds of such complaints to attend to at a time.
