Still unsolved and no explanation or reply whatsoever. Not from the discord mod who had me open a support ticket, not from the "live" support or my VIP host.
Worst of all when I ask about it on the discord  "general-hall" all my posts get deleted from the mod, most likely the same guy that had me open the ticket but now ghosts me and doesn't reply. I made screenshots of all of it by the way.
It's a not a scam of course but its the worst form of false advertisement by a site and ignorance by staff I have been exposed to in a very long time. Such a rude and unprofessional approach should not be the norm at such a "big" casino.

I’ve gone over the terms to the bonus as you updated on your earlier comment and tried to make sense of it. It seems  to require of you to rollover of 35x the deposit amount maybe on the casino games. They didn’t specify on this but, it’s what I’m likely to assume as this is often the case with the rollover systems with X being deposit amount here.
For the Sportsbet, it seems to specify a roll over of the winnings, here it’s the winnings and it’s 10x roll over.

BC.Game isn’t a site that you would expect to falter on the products they advertised, they are as reputable as such I believe.
Also, if Talkimg isn’t allowing you to upload images, you could try Imgbb or other image hosting sites. Some has got to let you and that way, forum users should get a clearer picture of what might be the case here.

Why do you even reply when I already explained everything? Also, why are you even talking about a deposited amount? Nobody said anything about a deposit bonus.
I know the wager requirement for sports is 10x. And I explained at least TWICE that I wagered over 44x, on sports, after I got the bonus. They only take half your wager, and this wager even is capped. So they write 10x rollover while it's a 20x rollover with capped amounts. That's why my 220$ wager over 4 bets only was "worth 43$. Also I don't find any other hidden rules about this anywhere on the site. I would post here if there was any explanation. 

And, it doesn't matter if I can upload anything or not. I think I can be trusted enough for people to believe what I am writing. I am not in the "wasting my time" business, so why would I make this up?
Also my host basically trolling me at this point is a fact. Same for this discord mod who first told me to open a support ticket, then he sends me wager requirements for casino bonuses even though I clearly talked about sports, then he ignores it and in the end bans me fro their discord server for nothing. This is such a ridiculous experience, it's beyond anything I ever witnessed in this business. So much ignorance and inability to take care of a problem, these people should not work as customer support or any job that requires talking to people.

AHOYBRAUSE I understand your frustration and vas bad experiences from BC.games customers service agent and if I most say that you are one of the reputable forum member that is complaining about their ill treatment on BC games I have read several other accusations similar to this from mostly newbies account but seeing your own comments constantly make me to have a rethink and thinks that your request need to be given attention most especially now that you mentioned that the moderator at discord banned you when you make your complaints over there, but I think the ops in charge over here should at least take a look and have this complaints solved to avoid further negative perception towards BC.games.

I did not claim any bonus when I tested the site BC.game so e months ago and even at that I spent just $20 on sports bets and did a withdrawal, I did not spend much time on the site and did not play any in house games to know how the wagering system at BC.games works.
Hopefully we may see them coming around to give some positive look to the current issues but we all should avoid bonuses as much as possible because, bonuses comes with a lot of conditions that ordinary you shouldn't be facing gambling with your deposits.

Can you share the screenshot of your discussion. It’s odd to see support denying responsibility of fixing the issue with their games. Even if the issue is on 3rd party they still note about the error and report it.

I’m not sure what kind of problem you are experiencing on the original games but support has the full responsibility on all of their games especially the originals.

My concern is whether the issue is on your end which the support pointed out to you on your discussion since other player doesn’t have this kind issue reported here.

Good to see BC game support finally working as a support here and addressing the issues promptly. We have seen a lot of complaints against BC game support not against the website. Personally, I have experienced bad support as well. Usually, BC game support writes back some pre-written text. All they do is, use a macro or just copy-paste. Maybe you can explain a bit further so we can give a proper answer, since personally, I don't seem to completely get what you mean.

As far as I know, the free spin is still and always available on the casino, but you have to earn it to use it, that is, the system have to gift you some free spins as a bonus for (maybe) a completed task, or deposit bonus, for you to see and use the spins.

If you are talking about the bc.game having a free spin where anyone can go in on that casino and spin for free and win real money or any other prize, I honestly don't know and have never come across such feature on this casino (atleast, for the times I've played here).

BC is at it again, doing strange stuff to me. I got a sports free bet, which I won and got 5.65 BCD for it, not much but ok.
Now the thing is, you have to wager this amount 10 times in the sports book to unlock it, already a harsh requirement, it was a free bet after all. But ok, whatever, I did it anyway.
Ok, so I wagered, wagered over 220$ in the hours after getting the free bet. Now guess how much wager they registered, $43.13 ! This was 36 hours ago and still it's the same number. My host is a total dully and writes:

"I'm deeply sorry for the delay my dear. I kindly ask for your patience as it will be updated shortly tonight. Thank you so much for your understanding!"
"Kindly await for the bets to be settled, please. For sure the rollover will be updated."


These replies were 24 hours after the bets were made and 36 hours. Basically lying straight to my face because I know there is something wrong here. The "completed wager" already updated every single time after the bets, yet when I bet like 20$ it just registered like 5$.

Coming back to this case unfortunately. Still after over 220$ in bets, rollover was 10x, I am at over 44X, my small bonus is still locked.
Host is pretending to understand and help but for 3.5 days there is only nonsense coming from her, as always.
So last night I made a small test bet of 3.1$ . And guess what, only 1.55$ of this bet were registered for the wager requirement of the rollover. Before the rollover was at 43.13$, now it's at 44.68$, exactly half my bet size more.  
Since on the first day I made a 126$ bet I have the strong suspicion they first of all only take 50% of your bet size for the rollover but also cap it at max 20$.
Meaning, even if you bet 1000$, only 20$ go towards the rollover. If you bet 10$ then 5$ will go to the rollover. This is clearly false advertisement since it states 10x rollover, nothing else. If only 50% of your wager actually count then this is a 20x rollover requirement obviously. Of course the cap of around 20$ makes it even worse.

I have searched anywhere in the rules, TOS and whatever and this "rule" is nowhere to be found. I am sure even the hosts, live support and discord mods aren't even aware about this since nobody has an explanation
It is not about the money in this case, I couldn't care less it's about false claims and terrible support to find an explanation.

The calculation is correct, sportsbet wager contributes 50% to the total wagering requirement for the freebet bonus. Moreover, only bets with odds of 1.5 and above are considered into the calculation.

We pulled your betting log and if we may try explain to our best without violating your private data, it is correct that you wagered in total as you mentioned above. A couple of the bets though were bets with odds lower than 1.5 and they can not be counted as turnover. The rest of them are counted with 50% cap and it brought us to the same rollover number as you mentioned.

As per your explanation to us through PM, you apparently use a custom martingale script and not the original script we provided. As known, BC provided three ready to use automated script and gives our player the flexibility to use their own script to automate their game in pursue of giving our player a more enjoyment and rich experience in gambling with us.

To ensure this immersive gambling experience, we will always promptly take action upon report of bugs, as well as taking necessary step when the scripts we provided malfunctioned.
