- BCG provided another fabricated evidence to CG in regards to my case.

If you have no problem in the past, there should be something change that makes you are unable to cash out now. Since the message is about a problem of your phone number, are you sure there is no problem with your number? I mean it may be no longer active or something else. It means you already have a functional 2FA authorization activated but still it doesn't work from time to time, well it depends on the format you are using if you are using your mobile authenticator where codes get sent to your mobile phone number, note that such otp may get blocked if, your country have regulations against such services.

We do need to find out if we are having trouble making a withdrawal. CS is always ready to help users, as long as the money is not from suspicious activity. I usually use a provider that provides in my country's currency. If available, then I will make a deposit. Because in my opinion, if the deposit is possible, the withdrawal must also be possible with the currency I choose. If there is no similar withdrawal method, of course I will ask CS first about how to withdraw money from my account if accessed from my country.

We do need to find out if we are having trouble making a withdrawal. CS is always ready to help users, as long as the money is not from suspicious activity. I usually use a provider that provides in my country's currency. If available, then I will make a deposit. 5 - 10 minutes is a normal process unless you wait for hours then it's not instant, so it's true that many have said fiat deposits/withdrawals are mostly instant, so that's pretty good if they like fiat deposits.
