This is not entirely true, and I've noticed that casino representatives respond to cases that are much less complex than these large particular case. Often, casino representatives ignore cases where the accused is manipulating or simply wants free money. However, in general, any platform has a duty to respond to a serious case, even if it knows its decisions are correct and do not need review. This is done to protect its reputation in a highly competitive market, especially here on bitcointalk.

A $1.5 million case has already been heard by the judiciary, and it appears the journey is still long. What I find strange is bcgame's silence and its almost total disregard for the issue, despite the accuser's logical and well-supported narrative.

No, hd shouldn't be the channel of communication, as he is not a representative of any casino. All what he does is his own initiative aimed at helping. However, he has no direct responsibility, and it is completely unprofessional for a casino as established as bcgame to address its issues in this manner.

I may have missed the part where he mentioned his other attempt to reach the support via the site and not getting a response from them, but still that is OK and making this comment here in the ANN thread is now a forum reminder and when the representative come online, they will likely attend to his issue to get it resolved.

No, hd shouldn't be the channel of communication, as he is not a representative of any casino. All what he does is his own initiative aimed at helping. However, he has no direct responsibility, and it is completely unprofessional for a casino as established as bcgame to address its issues in this manner.
You have a point here, but I am still unsure about whether the accuser is completely in the right which is why my stance on this issue is neutral. However, I am not surprised about BC.Game's unprofessional behavior in this context.

The case of customer support has been something that the bc.game casino really need to look into again because this is what almost gave them a bad reputation before on their stay in the community and I think it's starting to resurface because how would customer support which is supposed to be active 24/7 not be online for 4 days, it's not good at all from their end.
Haven't been a part of Bc games cassino community for over a year now, I think if there is anything that have raised several concerns are the issues of slow support response, which is why most gamblers results into dropping their cases here on the ANN thread, so for sure there is need to.look into that.

Although, although I have being gambling on Bc.game for long now and I haven't, encountered any issue that requires me to reach out to support, so I can't really tell how their work, or if their are bots or humans, but none the less, as u advice the complainant he should include all details necessary in his comment to make it easy for the bc game rep here on bitcointalk pick it up easily to help him out with that issue.

When I use automatic gambling option on Plinko, sometimes I get "Socket time out" error message and gambling session stops and I have to restart ot again. Anyone had similar experience?

Yesterday I played a few rounds of Multiplayer Roulette and it was normal
I also placed some soccer bets, but it took longer than usual for the sports pages to load, after some minutes it was normal again

If it's a problem that you've been experiencing for several days, it would be interesting to let them know about a possible bug

It seems that problem is fixed, since I did not experience this issue afterwards. On the other hand it could be issue with my cell phone because I changed cell phones in meantime.

I tested Plinko here (I wasn't used to playing Plinko, I prefer roulette, but I loved Plinko hahaha) and I made some automatic bets, of 10 bets and 100 bets, a few times, and they all went normally, without any error
I placed the bets on my PC using Google Chrome

Probably some little bug on the server side

BC.Game have a proven track record of not being responsive towards the rising accusations against them in recent times which is why they will not effectively address any of the allegations that the accuser made so far.

No, hd shouldn't be the channel of communication, as he is not a representative of any casino. All what he does is his own initiative aimed at helping. However, he has no direct responsibility, and it is completely unprofessional for a casino as established as bcgame to address its issues in this manner.
You have a point here, but I am still unsure about whether the accuser is completely in the right which is why my stance on this issue is neutral. However, I am not surprised about BC.Game's unprofessional behavior in this context.

hd is currently talking with three different contacts of BC just to get to the bottom of this. And hd currently think hd have to say that it is, by far, the most confusing situation hd ever tried to dive [head first] on the SA board. Because, just when hd thought that hd is nearing the truth, a new fact introduce itself, and when that fact tackled, another one introduce and add even more complexity.

As for BC's silence. Far as I know, BC.GAME account is for ANN and bonus and promo, BcPoker is for their poker section, both of them don't handle issues, it's BC.Game Support's jurisdiction. And far as I know, they're only "released" to the public on SA when BC need to deliver a final and formal verdict after my discussion with my contacts, or to handle matters in gambling board, that easily be missed by me as I rarely visit this board.

Otherwise, far as I can conclude from what I witnessed, when I've been in touch with my contacts at BC, they'll put their BC.Game Support account at rest, to not get involved while I'm directly and actively communicating with the higher-ups of BC. That should explain enough why none of BC accounts are addressing this case with gh0573d.

On any business then it will be that at least on the ethical side on trying out to make out some clarifications about into those accusations towards them but since they are confident in regarding about their credibility and thats why they have decided to just simply ignore out on whatever those issues being thrown. The only wrong thing about this is that it do make up that kind of noise around whether these issues were real or not. Every now and then we do see up some new threads or accusations that being thrown at them. We havent been able to read up about their side whether these accusations were real or just that simply trolling out by those users who are claiming out.

Sorry, but ignoring me (claimant) directly without providing any evidence and withholding $1.5m of my winnings, while giving me zero opportunity to escalate these legally by avoiding jurisdictions. My lawyers are already drafting claims in Cyprus and Belize, and if we get same or similar decision, they'll do what? Simply open a new legal entity and get another license, or even better, transfer current one to that new entity?

We are talking here 1 year of constantly ignoring any attempts of mine or my lawyers to get any evidence of blocking my account and funds LAWFULLY. This isn't question of whether or not I broke Terms, but whether or not they created scenario of me doing just that and and now backing off of the claim itself by putting third party in between to find a loophole in my story. There won't be any, simply because I won that fair and square, and as already pointed several times they SOLICITED me in breaking their terms.

Bc game is indeed a leading casino site, especially since they already have many users worldwide. I think they should be able to solve any problems that exist today, because by solving problems, user trust in them will be higher.

There are many cases that are often experienced by gambling users, but I have never felt it because I have never won big like other users get.

I hope that those who are experiencing problems can be resolved quickly and can return to betting as usual.
