I suggest you to wait some more time as on Bc.Game it takes some time to get support. If you haven't done anything wrong or suspicious then most probably you'll get your account back.

Regarding the casino's response, I recall it being resolved successfully here, and the complainant immediately left a message saying everything was fine. Something like that. So, with a little patience from them, we're confident the complaint will be resolved, as long as the fault isn't theirs. It simply isn't true, as i've said since day one. For what it's worth, and it's the last i'll say on the matter as people seem to be getting annoyed with me for posting, if i had multiple accounts then a professional business would send me an email detailing such activity, but instead have never communicated with me in any way. To me their radio silence speaks volumes.

I had one account on BCPoker, played some poker for a few weeks, then the account was randomly frozen with zero communication. Every avenue i went down to talk to them, to find out why, resulted in zero dialogue. This forum was the only place i've been able to speak to anyone at all about the issue and so far that's resulted in no communication again.

It's all very bizarre and i just have to sit around feeling a victim of injustice with over $1000 taken away from me, and no ability to help myself.

I believe not. Because as the methods and sophistication changes from both the cheaters and the casino, then they evolve to those changes, no? Nothing is perfect, including security methods and the methods used to go around them. That's definitely why "Hacking", both Black Hat and White Hat, have become a sort of "profession" on their own. It's continued evolution in security and breaching security.
