I got a response from http://flt.bitember.com/"Thanks for contacting us. It seems we have most of the hashrate, so it would be unfair to our miners to just wipe out all the coins. What we recommend is to contact the blockexplorer admin and tell him to add the following nodes to the config file and re-download the blockchain addnode=198.204.227.115" I don't think that is going to work. I am about to write them back and tell them that, that won't work and they are making things worse. How much coins is that they mined in that period. A lot, they were down for awhile yesterday but they have like 37MH/s A lot is like 100k coins? Well I don't know. I can ask. Please ask.

Am I right that they found ~615 blocks in the last 24hours? that means 12300 coins. The community needs to decide what to do next.

The net hash on their site dropped almost to nothing but pool hashrate is still 40MH/s.

How many coins can they be getting with block rewards only at 20 ? If they have to split that between everyone, it can't be that much total for each person for one day. You would get way more mining through the multipool than with block rewards at 20. I was getting about 3500-5500 coins a day mining with x11 on the multipool. I stopped mining though last friday whenever the fork and all this started though so not sure if the multipool is still going or what

Last resort we can reach a compromise maybe give 10% of coins mined in the past 2 days, but again whatever the community will decide I will support it.

I had lost about 100k FLT mining at the very beginning of this coins life when it went through the 3 fork troubles. Wasted a few days mining and never got any compensation for that. That's just how coins go. Do we even know if they were the ones that created the fork with all the hashrate? Even if we were to add that node like they ask, who runs the block explorer? It may be Kid that owns that so then we still couldn't do anything until we hear from him.

Quick question, how come some rewards are 19 instead of 20 and sometimes I see 19 and then 1, but not always the 1.

I don't suggest that, but what can we do now besides waiting thekidcoin?

Can't really do anything until we hear from Kid. We could maybe pay a % like you said but the reason why they have that many blocks is b/c they were basically mining by themselves on the wrong fork the whole time.

fluttercoin.conf with above added nodes that match explorer chain connect=54.203.244.170 connect=54.203.244.27 connect=54.199.237.235 connect=98.220.203.77 connect=76.177.91.53 connect=71.61.60.138 connect=192.99.159.64 connect=209.124.227.24 connect=70.70.239.50 connect=107.170.172.93 connect=66.11.162.228 connect=192.3.177.246 connect=98.193.106.107 connect=69.59.38.87 connect=86.212.55.167 connect=178.203.9.140 connect=65.6.105.7 connect=54.200.138.226 connect=24.20.116.148 connect=66.11.162.228 connect=69.59.38.87 connect=178.203.9.140 server=1 rpcuser=ofeefee rpcpassword=x listen=0 noirc=1 rpcallowip=192.168.1.* Use this to sync only, after you have synced up, you have some options.- change listen=0 to listen=1
- change connect to addnode
You can have performance issues as other bad nodes connect into you. This is normal until the majority of nodes resync (everyone needs to check this, if they haven't!). You can move back and forth as needed if you are trying to do something. I wouldn't try to do anything else at the moment, just hold... Bumping this back up encase there are still people out there having trouble with the wallet.

That means that the current network they're on is about 120-130 MH. The block explorer is on a 5MH network.

Ok so just saw on Thekidcoin profile his last login was last night.
Come on Kid, give us some update or something man, we know you obviously have been on this site last night, so what is so hard about coming here and posting something about all this mess?

Coin basically forked over the weekend. We pretty much have it fixed except we need verification from Kid to make sure the explorer is the correct chain. I've sent emails, twitter messages, pms and still no response yet. He posted on twitter monday so he is around just have no idea why he doesn't come here and update us all. With all the updates and everything he was working towards and the community finally starting to come together, it would be a shame if he just gave up on this coin.

With all the updates and everything he was working towards and the community finally starting to come together, it would be a shame if he just gave up on this coin. what says bitember, what have they done, if they are not on the explorer chain, why are they not switching. clients have moved, exchanges are still on it, only block explorer we have is on it. I can cover a days worth no problem if that can get them synced up proper, but we need other pools, and spread the hash back out. If we change out dev teams, PoW needs to stop in my opinion, it's not profitable anyway, we have fluttercoinpool if you want FLT. I do like that it generates blocks, but it's too easy to fork. I was solo mining last night, and my client forked, and my miners took me down a different chain. And that was with 2.5MH/s. i resynced again on my client using the above posted list of peers, once again my test wallet, and main wallet are in sync. I am testing a new fluttercoin.conf where i use addnodes instead of connect, see if I sync without getting on a different chain. If bitember exceeds the blockheight of explorer, the nodes on that chain are going to start locking up again. As of right now, there appears a few clients on a 88696 chain, but not enough where it's causing the wallets to jump. We are going to go backwards 4 days if the mining on the other chains doesn't stop or they resync and join in consensus.
