Gotta love the irony of "Proof of Transaction" on a coin you cannot actually use for transactions. This coin has been unusable for almost half the month of June. Guess its my own damn fault for thinking I could move it between exchanges this latest time when it was down for 11 days at the beginning of the month.

What are you talking about down for 11 days? This coin has been fine up until last thurs/friday. I have been trading and or receiving PoS this entire month up untill last friday and so has everyone else.

It's time to open the throttle a little bit. - if you are in sync with explorer.fluttercoin.com please consider modifying your fluttercoin.conf to change connect to addnode, and changing listen to 1
Edit: I did sync twice today using this fluttercoin.conf, but there is a possibility of bad peers still in the network, which is why I suggest using the one with connect in them. - First part is from OP post for fluttercoin.conf, other addnodes are the same as connect, but this allows you to start joining other nodes, and syncing them.
fluttercoin.conf rpcuser=ofeefee rpcpassword=x rpcallowip=192.168.1.* addnode=54.203.244.170 addnode=54.203.244.27 addnode=54.199.237.235 noirc=1 listen=1 dnsseed=1 server=1 addnode=98.220.203.77 addnode=76.177.91.53 addnode=71.61.60.138 addnode=192.99.159.64 addnode=209.124.227.24 addnode=70.70.239.50 addnode=107.170.172.93 addnode=66.11.162.228 addnode=192.3.177.246 addnode=98.193.106.107 addnode=69.59.38.87 addnode=86.212.55.167 addnode=173.192.30.91 addnode=178.203.9.140 addnode=213.214.63.127 addnode=65.6.105.7 addnode=54.200.138.226 addnode=24.20.116.148 addnode=66.11.162.228 addnode=69.59.38.87 addnode=178.130.36.81 addnode=178.203.9.140 Changed my .conf to this now and loaded up wallet fine with no locking up or anything. Im currently synced to the explorer chain so all is good. I will see how it is when I wake up tomorrow morning.

The cryptsy wallet was offline for 11 days at the beginning of the month.
That really had nothing to do with the coin. Kid put out an official update and cryptsy should have updated also. Me and a lot of other people were tweeting for them to fix their wallet. I don't use cryptsy myself but when I heard others in the thread I sent messages for them to fix it. There was really no excuse other than being lazy for that to go on for 11 days like that. I have always used mintpal and they never have had problems. Even when the coin got messed up the other day, I emailed them telling them and got a response from them within like a hour and they have everything up and working fine now.

The cryptsy wallet was offline for 11 days at the beginning of the month.
I put in a support request with Cryptsy on May 31st about coins that failed to arrive there. Their wallet was offline until June 10th when my coins finally arrived. I'll admit I never looked at bitcointalk to see if there were issues. It was clear reading through the cryptsy troll-box that many other cryptsy users were getting more and more antsy during that 11 day wallet outage. The cryptsy wallet was AGAIN offline several days ago for a day or two (I don't remember the exact day(s)... I just waited it out). Based on what I just read in this forum, I'm not sure why it isn't down right now.. Been waiting on deposit at bter for at least a day now. Stupidly, I attempted to transfer FLT to mintpal, but I'm sitting at 0 confirmations after like many hours or whatever.. During the 11 day outage, I got in touch with @thekidcoin and he attempted to contact cryptsy to offer help getting the wallet back online, but I don't think he ever got a response from them. Sure, trading is still active on the exchanges, but you cannot get coins to them. I haven't been able to do much trading with FLTs this month, because they've spent most of the month in limbo being transferred. To be fair, none of the exchanges are doing a good job of keeping their users informed of what wallets are currently offline. I'm not attempting to lay blame on the FLT dev team, @thekidcoin, the community, or the exchanges for that matter.. Shit happens, I understand that. I was just pointing out the irony that I haven't been able to make many transactions with this Proof of Transaction coin. Its kind of annoying. I'm trying to accumulate some more through trading, but I don't feel very comfortable trading them when I have zero confidence in my ability to move them around.

Looks like I ended up on the wrong fork as well... The stupid PoW should have been disabled long time ago My balance went from showing 530k + to showing around 76k FLT only without me doing anything.

Not sure what issues you are still having, I moved coins to Cryptsy Monday, Tuesday and today. And mintpal, and bittrex. You have to be in sync with the explorer chain for it to work. And to last post, find the post a page or so back with the connect= in the fluttercoin.conf... backup wallet, delete all but wallet, make a fluttercoin.conf, cooy /paste from post and sync up. Coins will match what you had before it messed up.

I've stayed in sync the whole time...

Ugh ... very much ugh ... I was lucky enough to have most all my flutter on exchanges and not in transit at the time of this new wallet fuckupery and know better than to have sent it anywhere as soon as that happened again ... at that point your choices are 1. hold , 2. sell on the exchange you have your coins on ... and you're right whoever said it's been broken most of the month of June , that is accurate , and of course perfectly ironic you can send no transactions on the proof of transactions coin ... at least I was able to sell off my 3/4 mil at rates close to what I payed on most of it so TY buyers ... wish you all the best but fuck it I'm not waiting for it to crash into the sub 100s I'm out ... until we get official response from thekidcoin ... our fearless DEV who created proof of transaction ... or some coding hero comes in and announces they'll gladly take over and can fix it and DO fix it AND the website is brought back , I'm staying out ... good luck to you all I really do wish you all the best of luck prosperity in trading and everything ... I'll always remember flutter fondly ... I just won't be trading in it anymore ... well , aside from what's stuck in my probably forked up wallet ... I'll sell those if I can ever send them

For anyone with stuck/unconfirmed transactions sent from a local wallet, delete your local copy of the blockchain and re-download it, and your transactions should complete. This worked for me last night, allowing me to successfully transfer all my FLT to MintPal.

What about fluttercointalk ? Lack of money it seems, about to close... So sad to see this coin dying This coin is far from dying. We are now a pretty big group behind the coin. We are just waiting on to see if kidcoin will come back or not. If he doesn't, we have devs ready to take place and lots of motivated people to do what's needed to make this coin succeed. If you want to join this group, you can. We are just looking for people with belief and a little time to put into FLT. As I said, right now, we are on hold, thekidcoin was working on lots of things, and we'll be giving him more time. Thanks to ofeefee the fork situation seems to almost be resolved now. If we don't hear anything from thekidcoin the first ordeal will be to remove PoW. If anyone has any problem with that or can help doing it express yourself. as for fluttercointalk, this is definitely not a question of money, as I tried reaching the owners all day yesterday and they are nowhere to be found. We are more than ready to pay what's needed to get the forum back up, however it seems like some people are just looking to hurt FLT.

I completely agree that the proof of work needs to be removed, but POS interest also needs to be reduced to 5% yearly max not ~8-10% monthly like it is now. Unfortunately I can't help with the development, but I will donate whatever I can to the cause. Regards

If anyone is is still having trouble sending coins to exchanges you need to fix your .conf file right now, even though your wallet may be in sync, you are on the wrong chain, that's why anything you send to exchanges isn't going to work. . We have already confirmed Mintpal, Bter, and Cryptsy are back on the correct fork and is working fine. Use this in you fluttercoin.conf file This is for windows users 1: Close your fluttercoin wallet and backup/copy your wallet.dat file from your AppData\Roaming\Fluttercoin folder into some other folder on your pc, usb drive, anywhere else but AppData\Roaming\fluttercoin folder 2: delete all files in your folder AppData\Roaming\Fluttercoin folder 3: Either open up notepad and paste the following into it, or you can right click in your AppData\Roaming\Fluttercoin folder, select New, then Txt Document, and paste this config in notepad. connect=54.203.244.170 connect=54.203.244.27 connect=54.199.237.235 connect=98.220.203.77 connect=76.177.91.53 connect=71.61.60.138 connect=192.99.159.64 connect=209.124.227.24 connect=70.70.239.50 connect=107.170.172.93 connect=66.11.162.228 connect=192.3.177.246 connect=98.193.106.107 connect=69.59.38.87 connect=86.212.55.167 connect=178.203.9.140 connect=65.6.105.7 connect=54.200.138.226 connect=24.20.116.148 connect=66.11.162.228 connect=69.59.38.87 connect=178.203.9.140 server=1 rpcuser=ofeefee rpcpassword=x listen=0 noirc=1 rpcallowip=192.168.1.* 4: Save your config file now in AppData\Roaming\fluttercoin folder. Click File, then save as, change the "save as type" to "all files" and then type this as your file name. fluttercoin.conf5: Once that is completed, now start your Fluttercoin wallet and let it download the entire chain until it is fully synced up. "It may take a couple of mins to load up at the start so don't think it has locked up, it will eventually open up and start downloading the chain." 6: Once you have completely downloaded the entire chain and your wallet now shows sync. Open up the debug in your wallet "the tab at the top, click help, then, debug window" 7: With the debug window open, look where it says " current number of blocks ", make sure that block number is now matching the block number from http://explorer.fluttercoin.us/ 8: Once you are now synced with the block explorer, close your fluttercoin wallet. Now go back into your AppData\Roaming\Fluttercoin folder and delete the new file created, wallet.dat and replace it with the one you backed up from step 1. 9: Launch your wallet again and just verify that it is still synced up with http://explorer.fluttercoin.us/ . Your coins and everything should now be back to normal. After all that is completed, you can edit your fluttercoin.conf file again but delete everything inside and replace it with this rpcuser=ofeefee rpcpassword=x rpcallowip=192.168.1.* addnode=54.203.244.170 addnode=54.203.244.27 addnode=54.199.237.235 noirc=1 listen=1 dnsseed=1 server=1 addnode=98.220.203.77 addnode=76.177.91.53 addnode=71.61.60.138 addnode=192.99.159.64 addnode=209.124.227.24 addnode=70.70.239.50 addnode=107.170.172.93 addnode=66.11.162.228 addnode=192.3.177.246 addnode=98.193.106.107 addnode=69.59.38.87 addnode=86.212.55.167 addnode=173.192.30.91 addnode=178.203.9.140 addnode=213.214.63.127 addnode=65.6.105.7 addnode=54.200.138.226 addnode=24.20.116.148 addnode=66.11.162.228 addnode=69.59.38.87 addnode=178.130.36.81 addnode=178.203.9.140 I changed mine to this last night and left it overnight and I am still synced up this morning to http://explorer.fluttercoin.us/ using this config. Just keep any eye out and check everynow and then and make sure your wallet is still synced up with http://explorer.fluttercoin.us/If anyone else wants to edit what I made or add something else, please feel free. We need to get everyone back on the correct chain.

bittrex block count on their status page is off, not sure if they are catching up, or having an issue. bittrex FLT 89412 explorer 89530
and my wallet isn't in sync either...89412 is the chain i'm on, explorer is at 89530. wallet is trying to recover, but alas, i have to resync. Looks like it forked again, there's 27MH on the 89412 "getmininginfo", and explorer is reporting 32MH.
everytime, we are losing sync with the chain the following type of messages are showing up
Postponing 235 reconnects REORGANIZE REORGANIZE: Disconnect 117 blocks; 00000001da2e32e7dd8f..0000000047e017eecacd REORGANIZE: Connect 7 blocks; 00000001da2e32e7dd8f..55bd79017bb3b30d7d31 ACCEPTED: proof-of-transaction block at height 89297 ERROR: CheckCoinbaseTx() : calculated coinbase 20000000, desination, or address do not match the actual block 89297
ERROR: Reorganize() : ConnectBlock 00000001644472398fbb failed InvalidChainFound: invalid block=0d2738db156c505d5adf height=89537 trust=4112103969622 blocktrust=106119702 date=06/26/14 14:30:25 InvalidChainFound: current best=0000000047e017eecacd height=89412 trust=4067641334773 blocktrust=3 date=06/26/14 14:00:34 ERROR: SetBestChain() : Reorganize failed ERROR: AcceptBlock() : AddToBlockIndex failed ERROR: ProcessBlock() : AcceptBlock FAILED
I mean everytime i go out of sync, i see ACCEPTED: proof-of-transaction block at height xxxxxx, thinking it may not be PoW issue. I have no clue why this is occurring now, been working before this.
