I mean, if one is a long term hodler and the coins they are accumulating now is for the long term, then definitely buying during the dip is actually the best way to go about things; since you believe Bitcoin is still going to drop further, to eventually rise back up/start another bull run/set another ATH in the long period; that can only mean now presents an opportunity to accumulate more when the price is cheaper, waiting for it to recover or start to rise again before you buy is not the best thing to do. Imo it is much better to accumulate it when you can do it for a 'cheap' price, except of course for people who are short term investors, those are the sort of investors that your advice suits.
