Is it true that the bytecoin was made from the same person who made bitcoin?
And that after a few years bytecoins are going to have X8 times more value that bitcoins?

Did anyone find anything what is behind this pump? Please share.

Bot polo dude

This hasn't been caused by any Bot.
Bot moves cyclically always same amount of money. This time a pretty huge quantity of money have been placed in Bytecoin for some reason. Even the GitHub project continues to silently receive updates despite a long lack of any news.

I'm wondering what is going on.

Thanks for your input.

Agree with what you said. But still we need to know what is exactly going on. The market cap reached over $72m today, which means all this liquidity has been on hold and started to get into the game.

Sadly there is no much information about this.

Should we expect the coin to stay at this range for a while or we can see it again under the $10m cap?

I'm expecting the coin to drop again - but I never expected to rise in the first place, so probably not worth listening to me - I guess only the person or group behind the pump will know for sure LOL

This coin is just one of the so called after-effects when bitcoin went down and then recovered. Some alts which aren't that popular in Poloniex suddenly went up at immeasurable rate.

It has been interesting watching it all day. It went all high over $72m cap but somehow it was $30m cap and then back to $52m.

I guess the issue remains with its blockchain for handling all these transactions, which is causing so much drop in the cap. But other than that, holding on this for a day is not easy, as it is generating more interest from buyers.

I think they can hold on this for a few more days, if not we will get it back to normal in my opinion.

Can someone please tell how Changelly works?

1 monero = 76,615 bytecoins
but
76,615 bytecoins = 0.8544 monero

-15% ??
+ monero fees
+ other fees?
So the transactions end up to -30%?

I though electronic coins was about "no banks", and no high fees.

This fee calculation could be a result of the very high volatility.

The service provider for accepting credit cards on Changelly is not reliable. They sell over the market rate by at least 30%.

However, Changelly is reliable for exchanging coins, without involving any credit card into the transaction.

Regarding the case with exchanging rate. First we need to understand how the system works. Exchanging Euro to Dollars and vice versa, you could end up with this kind of differences.

I would suggest you to exchange and hold for the exchange to improve at your favor in future. And then you could benefit from that since you will cover the fees with the profit you gain.

Please be aware that the transaction is estimate until you get a full confirmation for the transaction. You may get more or less, depending on the difference between the coins at the moment of transaction.

Hope that helps!
