Said Nurmagomedov is massive favorite for me but odds are not great unless you play some special bet on him.
My pick in Multi Master Challenge is on Ariane Lipski to win and she is heavy underdog and it will be huge surprise, but I just like it.
I probably wont watch this event live but it is worth checking main card later.

Yeah, he has the potential to be a clean sweep, get the finish early on. However, I honestly think people put too much emphasis on the name, and just expect them to steam roll. Said, isn't Khabib, and definitely has shown several weaknesses. Now, I don't know if Jonathan Martinez is the man to put him to the sword, but he's got a decent record, and it should be at least a challenge. Also, I find Said a lot more risky than some of the others with an association of Khabib.

Ariane Lipski has the chance, but if I was to bet on her, I'd have to with the decision, hoping that she puts out enough volume. I don't she'll be finishing the fight, but there's a lot more value in the decision.

Jonathan Martinez is a decent fighter and is a live underdog in this spot.  My pick is still Nurmagomedov due to his durability and Martinez chin is kinda suspect but I'm not really sure why the books lined it this wide.  It should be closer imho.

Dana White is most probably not the best person to handle UFC in my opinion.

the guy thinks about himself and the money, and it's very difficult to see complaints in other fight sports, so you could see that the problem is in the UFC. one day I saw an interview of a fighter complaining that they didn't have health insurance and many other things he complained about, I don't know if that's true or not, but if it's true, I wondered why the UFC doesn't pay health insurance to its fighters. your athletes? he no doubt is making a lot of money thanks to these fighters. maybe as a newbie I'm wrong

There are certainly a lot of things that a fighter does not get in the UFC. We are still talking about the fighters not getting paid enough because literally, a heavyweight champion of the UFC complained about that. Otherwise, a lot of people might actually think this is not true and this might not have been discussed so much as well.

I am never going to agree with the fact that the UFC is not making enough money. The UFC is making more than enough money and they can easily give the fighters a lot more if they want to.

However, if his goal was to be the best boss and have the happiest fighters, I’m sure he would be paying them 10 times what he is and I don’t think it would have that much effect on the UFC’s bottom line. Their investors have made billions and their fighters have made tens of thousands. Seems unbalanced.

Here are my picks for the UFC Fight Night: Yan vs. Dvalishvili

Petr Yan VS Merab Dvalishvili

The stake odds for this fight are 1.38 for Yan and 3.10 for Dvalishvili, for this fight right now I don't really trust Yan but for Merab Dvalishvili is very explosive with his takedowns, and surely in engaging with his striking Dvalishvili truly has that explosiveness in his, and right now he got the reach advantage, but not that much but what I like with Dvalishivili is that he is a well-rounded like Yan and like what I have said I really don't trust Yan winning this, that is why my pick is Merab Dvalishvili,

Alexander Volkov VS Alexandr Romanov

The stake odds for this fight are 2.28 for Volkov and 1.64 for Romanov, for this fight the bout could surely last in an instant this is the Heavyweight after all and even though Volkov had the height and reach advantage I really think Romanov has a good chin and can provide to withstand Volkov's barrage and so my pick will be Alexandr Romanov,

Nikita Krylov VS Ryan Spann

The stake odds for this fight are 1.57 for Krylov and 2.41 got Spann, Right now, this fight was the Main Event of the past events but because of Krylov's tummy illness the fight was canceled for these two are pretty much excited in fighting because of the cancellation of their fight especially Spann, Spann has decent fighting that is likely hard to predict but for Krylov his wrestling was I am expecting from him, but like what I have said in my previous post, Ryan Spann has the height and reach advantage and I think he got the power aswell but both guys had a submission game but for me, Nikita Krylov is more technical than Ryan Spann, but I am going with Nikita Krylov,

The stake odds for this fight are 1.41 for Nurmagomenodov and 2.90 for Martinez, For this fight for me It surprises me Jonathan Martinez won against Cub Swanson, but surely Cub Swanson is near his pick back then really ready for retirement but I think that was his notable fight and for this fight, Said Nurmagomedov is more agile in doing things and he also got the height and reach advantage and because of his name he is fairly dominant with wrestling for sure so my pick is Said Nurmagomedov,

Watching the fights, upset with the way Raphael Assuncao ended up loosing the fight where he was winning the rounds and Davey Grant grabbing the fence throughout the fight and the stupid refereeing restarting the fight not going to the old position and finally Davey Grant ending the fight with a great submission, but Assuncao should have won.

Pretty much I really want to go and pick the Beautiful fighting kitty Ariana Lipski over JJ Aldrich, but still, because of JJ Aldrich's experience I surely underestimated Lipski, She has improved her wrestling she got 2 takedowns just to scramble those strikes to JJ Aldrich she got many significant strikes and total strikes to Aldrich so pretty much I really never expected her to be dominating in this fight I really though it will be a close match Ariana Lipski has done a pretty good job,

It was his explosiveness just like I thought that could let him win this fight, that combined takedowns with the striking surely have confused Petr Yan, and having Aljamain Sterling in his corner has proven that he will win this fight exposing Yan's in the entire fight, Petr Yan is a sitting duck while Mera b Dvalishvili is in constant phase to throw those takedowns, I think Dvalishvili has Throw 49 takedowns, with 11 was a success, it was insane his cardio is off the chart for taking 49 takedowns,

Alexander Volkov VS Alexandr Romanov - ROUND 1 KO/TKO - LOST

Just like I thought this fight will not last long each fighter can win with 1 a punch victory and this has proven that Alexander Volkov has the advantage because of his height and weight Romanov attempts takedowns but with no success, Volkov's takedown defense is more superior and with that, it was the strikes of Volkov and controlling Romanov's back that makes the win for him,

Nikita Krylov VS Ryan Spann - ROUND 1 SUBMISSION - WIN

Pretty much even though with Ryan Spann's reach advantage, Nikita Krylov has seen an opening to Spann, which led to a takedown for him to take that Triangle Choke it was insane you can see the more dominant fighter and that is Nikita Krylov,

I was really shocked this fight was really controversial and for me, this is a real robbery Said Nurmagomedov was dominating the fight and have more strikes landed than Jonathan Martinez even though there is blood on Said Nurmagomedov's nose pretty much that 9 takedowns and that submission were a valid reason why this turned to be a robbery Said was very disappointed with the result because pretty much he know that he won this fight but the judges have done it again,

What a comeback, I saw a video on youtube on how leon edwards got the nickname of "rocky" and it shows how leon edwards became motivated and did some comeback match vs Usman. The clips are like in the movies where his coach saying things like "stop feeling sorry for yourself" and "what's wrong with you" to motivate Leon to beat Usman. Then the moment that Leon finally came where he landed a kick in the Chin that made him win the match. In this coming March 19, the trilogy will finally come. I may bet to Leon because I think he will win again, the Odds shows that he is not the favorite one and majority of gamblers are supporting Usman. I'm really excited to see the match of this 2 fighter.

I do not think Jon Jones is the best fighter in the ufc any more but he was considered the best but he is not as good as he was before. I know he beat Gane without getting punched but I think it was the easiest way for him to win because Gane does not know how to wrestle. If he was against some one else I think he would have been tested more. I want to see Jon Jones against a wrestler to judge his boxing skills.

He is considered the best ever to do MMA and you think he is not the best fighter now, tell me one fighter that has the skill set to defeat Jon Jones in any division in the fight world, not just the UFC and then we can have a debate on that.

Unlike boxing, UFC is reinvesting in building performance institute where fighters can train and will have all the benefits including health care and coaching staffs and we have 3 Mexican champions as they built one in Mexico and they are building these performance institutes around the globe in developing new fighters. All the main event fighters are earning millions of dollars per fight and if you compare the boxing model the prelim fighters are earning much more in the UFC than in Boxing.

Petr Yan VS Merab Dvalishvili - ROUND 5 DECISION - WIN

It was a great fight, I still can believe that Petr Yan lose, he was looking like an easy money bet in the weigh-in and the face-off. But in the end, it was a great fight, At the end of round one it was clear that Merab was dominating the fight, and Petr was looking really frustrated.

And another great fight was the one of Nurmagomedov, no one expect to see him lose against Martinez, but that was another great fight, it was one of those great events to bet on the underdogs, and I didn't feel comfortable to bet on this one because I know anything could happen.

My point is, first of all, the UFC is making money. They are making quite a good amount of money to pay the investors and also the fighters. But they are not paying the fighters as well as they should. I also do not believe that there is enough transparency between the earning of the fighters and also the earning of the UFC. That's because Dana White wants a huge amount of money for himself.

I honestly believe that if the fighters actually were earning so much, like in boxing, there wouldn't have been any complaints. But the fighters are complaining. It honestly hurts to see some random YouTuber turned boxer, earning a huge amount of money from boxing when some of the best of the best fighters in the UFC are not earning as much as they should. The UFC has continued its journey through some tough times. But I certainly think they should pay the fighters a little more.

Said Nurmagedov started the first round fast and was very eager, but Martinez was overworking him with close range clinches. The final round was decisive, with Martinez in total control. Martinez is now ranked with this match. Nurmagedov almost couldn't raise his hand in the last round, he looked like he couldn't breathe for a while. I didn't know his cardio was that bad.

The fact that Dvalishvili constantly had to defend his takedowns slowed down Petr so much. 49 take down attempts 11 takedowns. To be a favourite. The side was before the match, but the former champion clearly won every round. He worked very well especially for this adventure, it was obvious. I had great respect for him to fight so intensely for the full twenty-five minutes on the cardio machine. Petry Yan has suffered four losses in his last five games, and the former champion is in complete decline.

It wasn't really a surprise for me. I don't really gamble but I believed that Merab would win and stakes were also too attractive for me to bet on him.
I'll tell you why I believed he would win against Yan:
First of all, Merab Dvalishvili has amazing stamina and is very aggressive fighter with skills in wrestling.
Secondly, there was a lot of pressure on Merab in terms of national pride. Idk if you know but Georgia is a very small country that once was a part of Soviet Union and recently in 2008 Russia waged a war against them and occupied their territory. So, as far as I know, Georgians don't like Russians and this match was a match of pride for both of them but especially for Dvalishvili.

I don't know if anyone noticed but when the match started, Dvalishvili gave him a friendly punch and instead of returning a friendly punch, Yan kept his hand with him and ignored Dvalishvili's friendly action.

Well, I really don't have any issue with Merab Dvalishvili VS Petr Yan fight because that was total domination for Dvalishvili but with the Said Nurmagomedov VS Jonathan Martinez that was an utter disgrace, it was clear who have one and got the most strikes if you will look at the fight stats for that fight it was a one-sided win for Said Nurmagomedov, but surely I really don't know how the judges get out from this mistake yet again, But Said Nurmagomedov shouldn't let the judges make the decision on who won the fight, he has executed good submission on Martinez, but because of the time he never really get's a chance,

Actually, Jan Blachowicz was the champion that I was familiar with when I started following the UFC, I have seen Daniel Cormier as an announcer but as a champion, I may have missed that part, but I really know that Cormier is once a fighter like Jon Jones, and a great grappler aswell, well I don't really have bad comments for Jon Jones is that I was not really familiar with him,

Said Nurmagomedov, may appeal on his loss incident that if you will watch the fight again it is clear as day that the judge misjudge again this is what's happening in the UFC, a judge can favor his favorite fighter, not because they are Russian or something because that issue can surely go on, but I think it is happening to a lot of fighters not only for Russian ones,

This card gonna be fire. Main card looks like there will be so many fireworks. Beside main card I'm interested in Dusko Todorovic fight. That fight won't go full distance I think. Both of the guys need a win.

Petr Yan actually is doing the same - he is (or probably was) in Thailand, training in Tiger Muay Thai. That is Petrs problem, he is to confident in himself, he gets same camps. That is why he looses by split decisions. Thanks to his skills two last fights were split decisions instead of unanimous. I think he is surrounded by wrong guys partially. He should try changing his fight plan instead of relying much on striking only. Aljo read him like a book with that in their second find and was controlling him smiling. Merab is going to do the same. If Petr wants to win, he should rush from the beginning, stop his usual slow start and increased tempo, otherwise Merab would win because he would take first two rounds, show some control during third round and win. P.S. Will it be 3 or 5 round fight ?

Happened exactly as I thought, just screwed by final decision. Petr was completely dominated by Merab. Reason is simple - Petr is surrounded by wrong people imho. They told him that he "almost win" , "bad judging", "UFC are against Russians" and etc. Petr believes in that continued to do the same during camps. Going to Thailand to train in Tiger Muay Thai isnt working anymore. Imho the real reasons why he trained there fruits, weather, sun and sea. Petr isnt hungry anymore, too much confident and relaxed. Many have told him, that he should go to Dagestan, to mountains, to train in severe conditions. That he should stop his "morning training, party with family, evening training, party with family" routine.
