ANTMINER S2 Discussion and Support Thread

Well, so I am having issues with my B2 unit 
From time to it usually powered off itself and I have to open, take the click out and put back in and everything works ok for some time. But today it happens like every 20 minutes or so.
All the asics works ok and I have no further problem, so I guess my power supply is dead yes ?
Does Bitmain provides a new one ?

I just got the stock SD that comes with the miner, but I could try with another that I got around
I just got 2 pools right now

How can I be sure if it's the power supply or the SD card ?

the only way is try changing them one at a time - SD first as its easier.

Sorry for sounding dumb however I am not seeing it on checkout. Is it after confirming? I believe it should allow me to add the coupon before confirming and I see only confirm option.

make a bootable sd card-see page 86
change, see if anything happens (don't forget to change pool info)  
if nothing good happens, and I doubt it will with sd card change, then change power supply if you have a spare 1200w or 1300W.
simpler solutions:
1. make sure that outtake fans are not close to the wall (they have to be at least 50cm away)
2. room temperature is at or below 35oC

No option of adding coupon in cart and at checkout it shows "No Coupon" under coupon column and everything is grayed out so no way to add the coupon.

How sad. I would have bought one with the coupon.

Did you not get a S2 coupon for your purchase recently?  I only ask because I have these coupons from a purchase that I made on May 28th.

If not and you are planning on another purchase, I will send you one.



Now, for everyone else:

For those that are sending me pm's asking for coupons.  I will probably send you one if you are making a purchase, but if you have been reselling them, then forget it.  If you are not a buyer, dont ask for a coupon.

I guess I need to add that I will not send a coupon to new user accounts either.  You need some history here before I will even think about sending a coupon.
