I really don't think that home and away conditions are going to make much of a difference at the moment. But the injuries can definitely play an important role in this match.

Maguire makes frequent passing mistakes and scored an own goal in the last premier league game. Manchester united won the match thanks to three goals from Ronaldo. Ajax is a tough opponent from Benfica. I say this because Ajax has played 5 matches against Benfica so far. Benfica could not win any of the 5 matches. Ajax has won 2 matches and drawn 3 matches. The previous match was Benfica's home match. The match was drawn 2-2. Ajax will play at home today. I believe they will win and go to the next round.

Well Old Trafford has not really been a fortress of late with quite a lot of teams coming there and doing damage to United, i am not saying that playing at home wouldn't favor United, it will, but the advantage would not be too much. Having said that, this game is really going to be decided by fine margins, the two teams are really in the same sort of form, so picking a winner would prove to be a difficult thing to do, i will actually be rooting for manchester United though, i would fancy them to be a more interesting team to watch in the QF of the CL, Ronaldo is another big factor in my decision, i believe quite a lot of people would also want to see him in the CL QF just like me.

I am honestly not pleased with the line up of Manchester United, especially in the defence. The pairing of Varane and Maguire will likely produce a disaster.
Also the pairing of Fred and Mac Tommy is also not the best for Manchester United. Though I am not a coach but I really do not know how coaches make their decisions.

It was pretty much the same on the 1st leg. It was 2.7 for atletico Madrid, 2.75 for United and 3.1 for draw so the odds this time is kinda reasonable considering that they will be playing on Old Trafford. Whatever the outcome of this game, I will be happy if United could get on to the next stage so yeah hoping for a bare minimum of 0-0 draw would be great

Man Utd vs Atletico should pretty much be an even game and it's not easy to pick a side, both teams are consistent. Atletico Madrid who happened to be a very defensive team have been really poor defensively, so it gives Man Utd a bit of an advantage and Ronaldo would be really important for them tonight, these are the kind of matches he thrives on, provided the Man Utd supply line is functional.
