Chelsea needs a number nine player since Romelu Lukaku left for Inter Milan already. Yes Chelsea has the fund's to make bids for Lewandoski but considering the players top choice is Barcelona, consider the bid and increase in salary useless.

Maybe I'm the only one who feels something is strange, Morata and Dybala are great players and they don't play for Juventus anymore but then it's like no club is interested in him.
