Atletico Madrid's form deserves accolades because it isn't easy to maintain such an impressive performance both in their league and the European competition. Almost every season, Atletico Madrid maintains a comfortable position in the la liga but their only problem is that they haven't been able to claim a trophy for a long time now, the last time they won the la liga was in 2014 after they drew 1-1 with Barcelona at Camp Nou the home ground of FC Barcelona but however, their performance is applaudable.

I think you have a point mate Barcelona has not had convincing game recently, a big team should not be living on the edge everytime they play, yes it's a unique way of life for big teams to be able to turn a game around when ever they go down but I believe another quality of a big team is when they play matches in a convincing manner and Barcelona recent form is far from convincing I am of the stands that Xavi Hernandez needs to go.

Those guys were not pure striker. Barcelona has only lewandowski as a pure striker and good one tap at the upfront. You can force some players to play as a striker to replace him but the instinct owned by pure striker was also totally different.

Of course you are right because for every team to perform completely well is by having a good strong and tactical defenders and strikers because even if you have a good striker but lack defense the team is not going to work because there would always be lapsis or defense error which will always results to a goal.

This is why as a club, there's need for a serious squad depth although having many options sometimes will cost the team financially and the manager could be faced with the case of internal conflicts between the star players because everyone of them wants to be at th start and not a substitute but at least, when a manager sees that loophole, he's meant to fill it immediately.

Lewandowski was the top goal scorer for the league in the last season but since he resumed this season with an injury, be has been unstable and struggling to cope with the challenges and competitions he's faced with. Nevertheless, Ferran Torres is manning up as an alternative to fill the gap through the middle and his efforts have been spectacular and helpful to the club but for how long will it take for the club to find someone who's shoes can replace the efforts of Lewandowski in the last season. Two to three guys are currently in my mind and I will advise Xavi to scout for these players in thr next transfer market to serve as a cover to Lewandowski.

Victor Osimhen of Napoli, Victor Boniface of Bayer Leverkusen and Martinez of Inter Milan. Any of these three guys will be a great placement to the position of Lewandowski right now.

Osimhen is a one-man swarm that have the capacity of scoring from any angle, height and opportunity. He has shown a good torrent of healthy goals and the ability to press a whole black line on his own. I think, he will be more than willing to come to Barcelona this period again if given such offer. I don't think the situation is that worse for Barcelona.They are heavily relying on new players now with only Lewandoski being a senator and leading the team,we see a lot of difficulties for Barcelona when Lewandoski is not playing,they only have managed to turn situations around when they were losing when Lewandoski was playing.

I think that since they have not spent money at all for buying expensive players with the money they receive from tickets,advertising and the money they get from the Champions League plus some donations from the management they will be able to pass easily this financial crisis.
