I don't think the situation is that worse for Barcelona. They are heavily relying on new players now with only Lewandoski being a senator and leading the team,we see a lot of difficulties for Barcelona when Lewandoski is not playing, they only have managed to turn situations around when they were losing when Lewandoski was playing.
I think that since they have not spent money at all for buying expensive players with the money they receive from tickets, advertising and the money they get from the Champions League plus some donations from the management they will be able to pass easily this financial crisis.
Lewandowski's performance this season has decreased greatly, firstly because he is often absent (injured) and there is also no strong support from other Barcelona players so that Lewandowski's performance has dropped drastically this season, especially since he is no longer young, so it is only natural that a player will decline. physically and has an impact on overall quality. Currently, Barcelona's front line is very dependent on Lewandowski and not only that, Lewandowski also has to guide Barcelona's young players so that when the situation is difficult, it is very difficult for Lewandowski to be able to do something that is beneficial for the team. I looked at it as a whole, not just from Barceona's last match when Lewandowski managed to score 2 goals to turn things around and make Barcelona win against Alaves. If things continue like this, Barcelona's chances of winning the title are getting smaller. Xavi must make this team much more developed than last season, maybe several players' injuries are the reason, but in football what is needed is the final result and management and Xavi must be ready in everything to improve their team's performance in the competition for the title. In the January transfer market, I think Barcelona should be more active, because currently the composition of the players in the team is not yet strong and they need some new ammunition to fill in several sectors.

It seems to me that Xabi Alonso will move to Real Madrid without much hesitation. Firstly, with Bayer it is more difficult to maintain the top level that everyone now expects from him (no matter how Bayer plays further). Secondly, Real Madrid is close to building a team that can dominate Europe in the coming years. What is better - to try to jump over your head every season with Bayer or to really fight for victory in all tournaments with Real Madrid? It may be “safer” to stay at Bayer since failure at Real Madrid will be perceived as an unacceptable failure (unlike an ordinary club where failure may even be the norm), but if Xabi is ambitious, then he should try to work at Real Madrid.
Xabi Alonso was a great player. And yes, he is no stranger to La Liga football. He has played for Real Madrid for a long time. And he also did a really good job at that as well. I do not think that assuming he is going to become the coach of Real Madrid is actually dumb. And after all the results that he has been able to bring in with his current team, Leverkusen, I think he will be able to do very well with Real Madrid if given the chance. Of course, if Real Madrid actually wants to get him, they are definitely going to get him. He should be a good coach to actually take the responsibility right after Anoti. I also hope that everything will work out for him in Real Madrid. On the one hand, he is very young for such a high position, but on the other hand, if you look at his achievements (two Champions Leagues with different clubs + a World Cup and two European titles), you can see that dominance is something he has been familiar with for a long time. Plus, how steep a path he had as a player will make his authority as a coach undeniable.

Yamal needs to reduce his ego. The better if yamal try to seek more experience instead of scoring.
Yamal is a young player. He has a big ego. It's the same as Mbappe before. It's no surprise that young players really want attention and appreciation. He has to mature a little but at 16 years old I think he needs time to become more mature in his behavior. Players like Yamal need good attitude education and I think a coach like Xavi really understands that. This will be a problem if Xavi cannot solve this problem. This is normal because he is a young player who wants many people to see that he has abilities that need to be shown, so it's natural that he can't control it because in my opinion, not only Yamal, many other clubs in other countries are like that, always playing selfishly. as if playing alone even though playing football requires cooperation between players on the field. Xavi needs to educate him to be a better player and focus more on teamwork. I think everyone definitely understands Yamal's lack of maturity in playing on the field so he needs to know a lot about how to play as a good player on the field. To be a talented and great player you don't have to score a lot of goals but also contribute a lot with other players to create goals. Cooperation between players on the field is therefore very important.

I think you have a point mate Barcelona has not had convincing game recently, a big team should not be living on the edge everytime they play, yes it's a unique way of life for big teams to be able to turn a game around when ever they go down but I believe another quality of a big team is when they play matches in a convincing manner and Barcelona recent form is far from convincing I am of the stands that Xavi Hernandez needs to go.
But reshuffling players like Xavi expects now is tricky because it would conflict with other problem they want to solve as soon as possible in terms of finances so when they try to reshuffle with new players who have better progress it will be complicated when their money can't cover it. In addition, it is fortunate that Barcelona now has Xavi who is quite straightforward and can still bring Barcelona to the top because if it werent for him I think now Barcelona would be an ordinary club in Koeman's hands. Despite doing it with several loan players and free agent players, Barcelona can still compete and thats very good. I sort of understand the situation, I mean we are talking about a situation that is basically saying that Xavi needs to reconfigure the club all the time to make sure that everyone is at their best peak. If you have a good player and just make them play, then they are going to feel assured that they have the position and they will start to lack, and if you keep playing others, then you are going to end up with getting losses one way or another, and that is more important than not. I think Barcelona is doing that, putting younger kids, and making them take the reigns time to time, allows the other players to see that Xavi is willing to do that, and they work harder to keep their positions, they never feel like there is 100% guaranteed roster spot, they have to keep working hard. This may work, or this may fail, but in the end I am sure that the worst case scenario they are getting some great young generation talent that will be amazing for them. That is not the authority or task of Xavi because in the end all the officials and staff in Barcelona have their own duties. Xavi is not really obliged to take care of Barcelona's finances because in the end he is only a coach and not as a high-ranking staff who manages the finances of Barcelona so that in this case even though this is related to players but Barcelona's poor management actually makes this complicated so it is important that Xavi must be affected in this case, especially in terms of players where he must be more demanding in terms of game progress so that Barcelona is in a decent position with player conditions that cannot be forced. must be demanded more in terms of game progress so that Barcelona is in a decent position with player conditions that cannot be forced as desired so that in this case the presence of Xavi in the squad feels very good for Barcleona because their performance is improving, it's just that when they don't change (in terms of finance) Xavi is also not a god who can continuously force Barcelona performances to always improve.

It's not easy to coach a team as big as Real Madrid, of course there will be a lot of pressure, but I'm sure Xabi Alonso will be able to handle it and give his best, winning. Xabi Alonso's experience as a coach is still very minimal, but what he has done with Leverkusen is extraordinary. He was able to have a significant impact on the Leverkusen team after his arrival. So it is very likely that he will be able to do the same for Real Madrid.

With the addition of one goal in Atletico's victory in last week's match against Villarreal, Antonio Griezzman is now in 2nd place for the temporary top scorer in La Liga. Antonio Griezzman is only 2 goals behind Jude Bellingham who is currently in first place with 10 goals and it looks like the competition for the golden boot this season will be even more exciting. We can see that the goal difference between several players is not that big and the season is still long, which will really determine who is entitled to the title of top scorer this season. On the other hand, I still favor Alvaro Morata in this competition considering that every season he is always productive, especially since he is the main pillar in Altletico's attack line. What is quite strange is that there are no names of players from Barcelona and as we know last season Robert Lewandowski was the winner of this award.

Well I know he's not a very experienced coach and just recently got his experience in a major league tournament, but with the little experience he's got, he's been able to take Leverkusen to another level and they've turned out to be one of the strongest team in the Bundesliga currently, well maybe he's not yet ready to handle a bigger club and needs more time to gather more experience, cause not all managers are able to handle top class players and get them to perform and their very best or control the dressing room. However he'll be in a very good candidate for the job in future but currently he should focus on his managerial career at Leverkusen and work more on becoming very successful instead of getting carried away by the potential job offer from Realmadrid or any other top European teams.

I watches bit of Barcelona match highlight last match with Lamine Yamal have ego prefer for shooting than give assists for Robert Lewandowski and make him unhappy without get communicate with Yamal. I don't know what happen with youth Barcelona players more ego when his name have been hype as youngest player make debut for Barcelona and Spain national team. I think will have negative viewed in the future if Lamine Yamal can't change his attitude in the field if not working as the team exactly Barcelona games play as teams work not individual.
Crucial problem with player have ego in the field and make less of teams working will give bad impact for Barcelona in the future, sure if Lewandowski have good position for giving assists he will not gives opportunity for Lamine Yamal due with his ambition want scoring goals than looking for their team mates have bigger chance for scoring goals.
Maybe he's a Mbappe's young brother, that's why he want to show off what he can in order to get highlight. Maybe if Yamal perform really consistent in Barcelona, he might move to PSG since they can give higher salary and other benefit that Barcelona can't offer. He's 16 years old boy, you can recall back what you've doing and how you view the world at 16 years old. Yes, he is still very young. So at that age, we also enter the age of puberty where the peak periods of ego are still very visible. So I personally prefer not to make the problem too big. Besides, Lewandowski sometimes does the same thing. Unless Yamal keeps making these mistakes over and over again and makes his team lose. But I think these young players will understand it as time goes by. Because you already have good skills. he just has to learn more about the importance of cooperation and restrain his ego more for the good and victory of the club.

Barcelona will only improve in preformancs if the players are cooperative and I've watched tough games with both players having issues and facing difficulty interacting with each other. Lamine Yamal is still very young and promising, he's open to golden opportunities in his path but he has to obey his senior colleagues who are already experienced because if he want to go far in his football career, he will make preparation on becoming new a better version of himself. However everything will be resolved and also expects the best results to come clean.

However I like Xabi Alonso when handling Leverkusen now, this has beaten Bayern Munich's current position, maybe there is no other choice for Real Madrid except to recruit as a replacement for Ancelotti.

So true. As a young player, he must always be open to receiving suggestions, criticism and direction from the senior players at his club. Because it would be a shame if L.Yamal's skills could not be maximized due to his own selfishness. Moreover, he is the hope for Barcelona's future. So he needs to really understand everything about the game at Barcelona. Young people are sometimes still psychologically unstable. But discipline must be formed from a young age. So he can get better as he gets older. And regarding Lewandowski, who was seen not shaking L.Yamal's hand due to his annoyance on the field, this also doesn't mean their relationship is broken. But this is a normal thing that often happens in the field. But after the game is over. usually they will make up again. And Lewandowski himself also dismissed rumors about him having a conflict with L.Yamal as a result of the previous match. I think so far L. Yamal is not always selfish. Although sometimes he always pushes himself too much. But with guidance from all his colleagues on the team. I believe he will get even better in the future. Moreover, he has a great partner like Lewandowski who he can use as inspiration on the field.

There are several interesting ways regarding Xabi Alonso's future career that I think could become reality next season. There are three options in my opinion. The first option is that he stays at Bayer Leverkusen because he wants to enjoy what he has built himself and reap the rewards if he sees the potential to win (more) titles with Bayer Leverkusen. The second option is that Real Madrid is already in talks with him behind the scenes and they let him know that they want him at all cost if he plays a successful season with Bayer Leverkusen. The third option is somewhat unexpected for most here, but once I heard the Bayern Munich bosses talk about Xabi Alonso and they couldn't stop praising him, saying what a great guy and personality he is and that he would become an amazing coach one day. What will happen if Tuchel gets sacked towards the end of the season and Xabi Alonso is the one who beats Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga? Could it be possible that Bayern Munich will try to make Alonso take Tuchel's position?

Indeed. Xabi doesn't need to hurry moving to Real Madrid. His career as a coach is surely still young. He needs more time to have more experience as a coach. He may think he still doesn't deserve to be a Real Madrid coach for this time. Sure, it is very possible that Xabi will stay in his current team for some seasons.
Now Xabi's chance is indeed quite large when talking about coaching, especially with the remaining time owned now from Ancelotti which is soon running out, Xabi can be a good alternative, it's just that now it's just a matter of seeing whether this rumor will become a reality or not because seeing from the current situation there is still no clarity about Xabi and Madrid at this time. Another situation until now there have been several big names who have also been linked with Madrid but until now the parties from Madrid are also still silent about who will become Madrid coach after Ancelotti leaves next season. Ancelotti contract at Real Madrid is no longer long and will end soon but in the same time, Xabi also still has a long contract at Bayer Leverkusen. With that in mind, I personally don't believe Xabi will replace Ancelotti next season because ya, it looks like Xabi might still stay at Bayer Leverkusen maybe for another season or two. But of course, Bayer Leverkusen must also be ready to increase Xabi salary if Bayer Leverkusen want to make Xabi stay, but if Bayer Leverkusen cannot afford to increase Xabi salary then it looks like Xabi will also leave.

Lamine yamal has his emotion in scoring for barcelona on his mind. Age matters a lot in determining the mindset. I would rather than call yamal is trying to score to get more attention. Remember that people were FOMOing him after his excellent debut with barcelona. Yamal is trying to gain the hype again, but being so selfish made his teammates feel unhappy with it. This is a common thing for 16 years old. Just hope he will not become another mbappe which is still being so selfish by thinking he was bigger than everything in the club. I do feel what lewandowski feel caused by yamal was making him waste an opportunity to score. That's why he was very disappointed with yamal since lewandowski has stated if he would be trying to break the last season's result.

They will slowly start to develop those attributes with time and experience. Of course other experienced players has to chime in and try to give them their expert opinions and the player also should be willing to take in those advices. Barcelona are building their squad and developing these youn players. Naturally there will be some slight upsets due to mistakes but in future they will create a very strong team if they go down this road. Manager just has to make sure that these young players start to coordinate with the team and play a team game instead of being selfish.

Lewandowski did not score a goal in the 6 matches he played with Barcelona, two goals in the match against Alaves reopened his goal tally this season. That's why he's not on the list of top scorers so far, and if I'm not mistaken he also suffered an injury at the start of last season, so he missed several matches too. Jude Bellingham was unstoppable in scoring goals in his first season with Madrid, and I don't think Griezzman will be able to overtake Bellingham in the future. The season is still very long, what needs to be avoided is injury problems, which make things worse. Competition for the list of top scorers will become increasingly fierce as the season progresses, as will the competition in the top four of the standings which is now dominated by Girona. It could be that Artem Dovbyk will continue to add to his goal tally to help Girona lead the La Liga points table.

I really think young players should understand that they are going to be criticized, and even the players of his own team are going to criticize him if he does not perform well. They have to try to get better and prove the others wrong. Barcelona currently has a really good supply of young players. If nurtured properly, they can do wonders for Barcelona. But that is the thing. They will have to be properly nurtured. Barcelona does not have a good financial situation right now. So having the young generation ready to play for them is definitely going to be a big advantage for them. Because probably that will be a reason why they will not have to spend too much money in recent Future. And they will also be able to get a good amount of money if they sell them.

Maybe, because I believe Xabi Alonso has the potential to succeed with Real Madrid if it is true that next season moves there, with the experience that has been achieved during his time as a player Xabi Alonso has quite a long experience with the titles he won in the past maybe this dominance can prove that he is indeed worthy even though he is still young for a coach, but it does not deny it if a young coach can shine because of his hard work. However I like Xabi Alonso when handling Leverkusen now, this has beaten Bayern Munich's current position, maybe there is no other choice for Real Madrid except to recruit as a replacement for Ancelotti. The emotional connection between Xabi Alonso and Real Madrid in my opinion will help him to be able to implement a very good strategy for his former club while still an active player. Maybe it's a different comparison, but I see Xavi with Barcelona and maybe Xabi will be able to follow in Xavi's footsteps because he is also a former player of the club he is currently coaching. Although it could be a different situation in the end, I also agree with what he is doing with Leverkusen at the moment. I appreciate his hard work, because he came at a time when Leverkusen were also in a bad situation at the time.

Xavi has put Barcelona ahead but Xavi can't do better than Real Madrid despite hundreds of attempts. Real Madrid have organized themselves very well and every player management in Real Madrid has been quite good. And because of this, they are seen performing very well in every match. Xavi has done a lot for Barcelona and so far Barcelona have been known as a very good team. But I am very worried about what will happen to Barcelona when Xavi can no longer be with Barcelona
