I do agree that Barcelona may get that second position, and Girona being third is not really bad for them. Imagine being a team that people saw you as top half at best, like 10th would be normal and if you finished 6th that would be great and you end up being third in that league.

For me, this is not a failure for Girona's performance this time because they have succeeded in putting quite strong pressure on the big clubs in Laliga after succeeding several times in being in first place, even though only temporarily, but this achievement of success is highly appreciated for a promoted club that is very brave in challenging the players. big club and of course if in the end Girona will only finish in 4th or 5th position in the points table because in terms of performance and experience Real Madrid and several other big clubs are bigger than Girona so I understand that Girona will ultimately fail get a position to get champions league tickets next season.

In the La Liga currently, Real Madrid are currently at the greater part of the league and they sure do know how to supercede other teams. They've had to play less than expected in passing weeks but still they were able to conquer their UCL opponent yesterday. This weekend won't be any different because their opponent has not really been consistent in the league. I doubt with Real Madrid performed last night in Champion League has opportunity qualifying until final round, I can't believing with Madrid failed to defeat Leipzig last night and almost the match have extend to extra time if Leipzig can manage above one goal. Carlo Ancelotti must improving their performance to get bigger chance for winning Champion League and La Liga in this season.
After qualifying to quarter final and waiting the drawing schedule, right now Real Madrid has more time left keep focus in domestic league and trying with large difference points with Girona and Barcelona. Have you heard that Ancelotti allegedly evaded tax and he might get prison sentence of 4 years and 9 months?  

According to Sky News there is a possibility like this. But it is an allegation as I said and as far as I know Ancelotti denied this. I hope there isn't really such thing done by him. Otherwise it would be really unfortunate for a great manager like Ancelotti. I think he won't be found guilty of this accusation. It just doesn't make sense to me especially while he is still doing his job actively. If he was retired then I wouldn't have been so sure of that as I don't know him personally in the end.
