There has some "TOS", If the accounts don't have any activity then they will delete the account. I'm not log in to my account for over 8 months and already not receive any kind of promotional email from them, I guess that's the reason as well some inactive accounts can't get the free balance.
Well perhaps this was what exactly happened to my account and the reason I did not recover my reward in Roobet, they perhaps deleted it since it was inactive for how many months but I still use it upon claiming the reward. Unfortunately, --I did not recover it because it was no longer linked to my email address account and perhaps it will automatically be deleted. I have a little amount reward there and until now I did not get it and there is no chance at all. However, on the other hand, Roobet has a lot of improvement as of now, they are a very lucky gambling casino so far.
It is better if you will ask Roobet about what happened to your account rather than guessing the reason out of it. But I agree to those who said that it might probably been deleted. But I guess it is not automatically done, manually perhaps as they should just delete account without reviewing it first.

Being inactive should not be a reason to get deleted if you ask me. I have never been too inactive, maybe a month or two which happens to anyone I suppose. However, if I want to take a break for a year and then comeback, I should be able to do that, I should not be forced to do a few bets once a month or few months just to keep the account alive. Even not getting any promotions or rewards or anything would be perfect because you are inactive and you should not be getting them but it still doesn't make sense to delete it as a whole.

If I want to give a break than when I comeback they are telling me to start over? What happens if you have money in there? I mean how hard is it to actually keep an account? I would understand a long period, but if it is anything like a year or less than I do not get it, it should definitely be a lot longer than that.

If I want to give a break than when I comeback they are telling me to start over? What happens if you have money in there? I mean how hard is it to actually keep an account? I would understand a long period, but if it is anything like a year or less than I do not get it, it should definitely be a lot longer than that.

All you gotta do is to login into your account atleast once in two years period if you want to avoid your account being deleted by Roobet. Its not hard to login atleast once even if you are on your vacation

If you read my previous post, there is a 2-years interval of inactivity before the site could delete your account and all you need to prevent that is to login atleast once to reset the timer.

Since KYC was implemented I never visit my account because it requires first basic information before you can process so I guess my account now was a part of deletion.

If you have no leftover balance in your account then it doesnt really matter either way. After it is deleted then you can always choose to create a new account and put in some fake identity for your KYC lol

because you agreed TOS it means you know this already.

I doubt that, ToS is basically just wall of text that people never read but we need to agree on it otherwise we cant create account.

It is better if you will ask Roobet about what happened to your account rather than guessing the reason out of it. But I agree to those who said that it might probably been deleted. But I guess it is not automatically done, manually perhaps as they should just delete account without reviewing it first.
Well, I already reach them out regarding this matter but their customer service said, I need to log in to my account with the email where the account was associated with --but the problem is it is deleted by them and now when I log in through my email it asks a new username again which is your old username is permanent lost and my reward was there were stuck.
Two years is too far, perhaps it is just a couple of months and that is how they run their business --as a gambler there is nothing we can do is respect their rules and follow the terms of use.

It is better to ask Roobet support before creating a second account, they will have an "excuse" to not let the user cash out in case of something big transaction he wanna send from Roobet account. Just send an email to support and ask for recovery of account or get permission for multi-account. In case of something goes wrong, you will have a decent excuse for not sending anything extra as an already verified account. At the end of day, it is up to you, you can keep ignoring terms&conditions until you get caught.

Yes that's the best thing to do since maybe there will be a conflict with the past account with the new and might that will create trouble if the dev will find out that he create a new account just to play also he might got a chance to recover back his account if he just ask the dev about those past deleted account. Yes that's the best thing to do since maybe there will be a conflict with the past account with the new and might that will create trouble if the dev will find out that he create a new account just to play also he might got a chance to recover back his account if he just ask the dev about those past deleted account. For sure the dev will be happy to see a old player comes back to them and play.
A user can create support ticket and ask the Roobet team to check potential accounts that person has on the platform. If they find any account, they will let you know and you can file another request close accounts that won't be used in the future.

If you read my previous post, there is a 2-years interval of inactivity before the site could delete your account and all you need to prevent that is to login atleast once to reset the timer.
And thag should not be a problem because we simply need to login into our account and not place any bet so that it doesn't come under inactive category for a long period.It hardly takes any time to just login into your account as we do normal stuff also on vacations.Better prevent such situation from arising.

I doubt that, ToS is basically just wall of text that people never read but we need to agree on it otherwise we cant create account.
Most probably but there are certain implications that we should read all the necessary details like account related, deposit and withdrawal issue in Tos so that we should not face any problem later on.Just a five minute reading could save us later on to prevent us messing up things later on.

I still disagree that they have to close it. How much does it cost to have an inactive account? I mean what is the worst case? Having 100k inactive accounts? Even in that case it shouldn't be really a too much of a cost if you ask me. Just let people have as many inactive accounts as they want, and if they ever want to come back then let them comeback. I still do not understand the cost effectiveness of the current situation.

Yes, it probably has some costs involved and yes if you let people have inactive accounts all around that is going to be a bit more of a problem in the long run when that numbers grows bigger and bigger, but that doesn't change the fact that it shouldn't be too much of a work or cost for a casino like roobet.

I also heard this on some exchange platforms, they also automatically deducted the balance in your account if you are inactive for how many months and I guess they are applied this the same way on the exchange platform if that is true that they are closing the account for inactive. Sound not good right, but if this is on the TOS, there is nothing we can do is to obey the rules, because of their casino, their rules, and not ours. Even though how do we insist this idea is not good. But if your account is inactive for just months, it is not good to delete it, maybe it could be years that will deserve it.

Performance issues shouldn't be a problem to keep inactive accounts. At the very least in terms of keeping user data and balance it wouldn't cause too many costs. They might be also did it for the sake of efficiency and cleanliness of their databases. It's a company will, that they won't keep inactive users for whatever reason, name it performances, costs, security, etc.

It's also worth noting that the ToS, use the word "May", so there might be some reason about which particular inactive user they might want to delete.

I agree, the more you hide the necessary details and use the different accounts, simply they will have more excuses to limit your winnings and block your account withdrawals in a worst-case scenario. Imagine getting a max win on any random slot and not being able to cashout due to a simple mistake that can be discovered with IP geolocation.   There are thousands of ways to be banned on any crypto casino, if they wanna not to pay you team will find a way. If they will allow the user to be back on their site, it's good. However, I think "brining back" the old account is sometimes not attainable. It could also have been deleted on Roobet's accounts database so it won't be possible if that is the case. There are account deletion that are temporarily deleted and has a count-down timer until it will be automatically deleted in the database permanently.
