Tunisia, Morocco and Ghana are in very difficult groups. It is a little difficult for them to go to the next round, in my opinion. senegal has already scored 2 goals and is winning, at this rate they are already the clear winner, at least they will already have 3 points, but they will need to depend on a lot of luck to pass to another phase, holland will have difficulties to beat equator, they can even lose against the equator in my opinion

Well friend unfortunately you have to deal with all these things, the bad practice of some governments has always resulted in that sometimes they do not support their athletes, in my country it is something like that, what happens is that it is a more centralized government and when the resources are given from there, they can simply be stolen by some of the other politicians or those in charge of some sports entities, that causes everything to be delayed.


In another order of ideas, we saw how Senegal won today, and they showed great football, I really liked the goals they scored, at least Qatar scored 1 which was very significant.
Honestly this was a victory that all of Africa needed, I hope they continue like this.

Senegal beat Qatar to leave World Cup hosts on brink of early exit

HOST NATION QATAR were pushed to the brink of an early elimination from their own World Cup on Friday after a 3-1 defeat to Senegal.

I have faith in Ghana too this World Cup. They don't have a great team either, independently on the other teams in their group, but I think that they are in good shape. Even if they don't seem to have a strong attack (maybe Iñaki Williams can change that), I like to bet for underdogs, especially when I foresee chances of victory for them.

Senegal played extraordinarily against the host Qatar, it was a very exciting match, even the strength of the two was almost equal in terms of ball possession. Ghana actually surprised me in that game. Out of all the Africa nations that went to Qatar they were my least favorite to do something. It's just occuring to me that Ghana was bond to score as their recent World cup appreance has all came with a goal. I underestimated them and so did the Portuguese side because of how poorly they played at the first half.

I was one of those who doubted they could do anything after their AFCON performance, but they proved me wrong yesterday; they are the only team that has shown a desire to win rather than simply sit back and absorb pressure from their opponents.

Anyway, at least we had two goals now from Africa. And against Portugal no less. To be fair, I thought the game only opened after the crappy penalty (was correct but so soft). Almost got a hand to it too.

No worry. Only makes odds better for all teams left in remaining games. I will be keeping an eye on odds.

It was far too soft for a competition like this, but it's Ronaldo, the FIFA boy, and it's expected that he score 1-2 penalties in every international competition. He even received the MOTM award for having the fewest touches in the opposition box in the second half of the game.

Good thing Senegal have proven that they can still score goals without Mane, I was worried for them during the game because they tried creating so many chances before the goal finally came. Watching and seeing Portugal winning yesterday got me erect ( lol ) I saw it coming even though the last goal from Raphael Leao was offside and the officials and VAR honestly have been poor with some of them duties in the biggest World Biggest Game.

This victory was expected as Qatar is the weakest team in the tournament. As for the chances, I do not think that they have become worse - the condition for a guaranteed passage to the next round has not changed - it is necessary to beat Ecuador in a face-to-face meeting. Maybe after the game with the Netherlands, Ecuador will not be so fresh and Senegal will have an additional advantage (even if it is minimal).

We didn't expect anything less, they're the strongest side from the continent and meant to be representing us well. You are the king of underdogs, I won't be surprised if you get this one right, I'm also expecting Ronaldo to have a difficult game with everything that has been going on with him recently, it's unfortunate that none of the African teams who have played have yet to register a single goal at the moment, maybe Ghana will give us the first goal and the first win. After what Japan did to Germany today, Ghana @8.40 is a good risk.

I never liked how J.Ayew was converted to a striker in the first place, and he hasn't done anything significant at Crystal Palace in my opinion.

Both players have been very productive and important in the Ghanian national team for years, and we have seen how much the team are relying and depending on both players to boost their performance in every game. J Ayew is so talented and has the ability to play in the midfield and also playing as an attacker which makes him an important figure in the team.

you are correct The victory and draw between Ned and Ecuador did not do them enough good because they need to win Ecuador to qualify while Ecuador only needs a draw to advance to the next round, Senegal's destiny is in their own hands and that's what everyone would want, if you lose you're out should ring in their heads going into that fixture, Ecuador are not an easy test.

If Senegal can at least hold and take full control of that Midfield for the game, they can stop flow and supplies of balls to them hit man Valencia who's got three goals now. Since Ecuador has four points currently, Senegal will have to defend very and take those chances in the back of the net when they have it, else they'll be punished. It's crystal clear they Dutch side's are topping the standing if they sure get a win against Qataris. Good luck to the winners and losers too. But Senegal for the next level and round.

As much as I don't want to still celebrate the win of Senegal against Qatar, I know that they have a better chance to contend with Ecuador. Qatar is weak, which was why I made mentioned a day after their defeat by Ecuador that the Ecuadorian team should be more prepared because they only won but I was still not encouraged by their display on the pitch.

Now that Senegal has trashed Qatar 1-3, it's a challenge for Ecuador, and my chance with the two teams is 50/50 because they are of the same form.

Tunisia is African country that looks like the Europeans. They got draw in their first match and this afternoon they are taking their second leg and they are behind Australia with 1 goal. For they to have the hope of qualifying in this group stage they have to atleast draw this match.
Is what they can do and they need to do it. We remember that only one African country is able to win a match in this World Cup.
