disputed territory

I don't consider it off topic frankly. I don't buy into the whole disputed territory issue, but people can and will consider it in deciding whether to buy miners from them, especially given the pay 40-100% in advance and buyer assumes all risks business model. I think I'd want to know whether I am assuming the risk that their factory gets blown up or their business gets hit by some kind of boycott before sending my money (if I didn't think they were overpriced).

I'm very sorry as it has been probably already written on the forum somewhere but could you please summarize in short brief your refund policies and customer protecion plan (if there is any).

I have been trying to find out on the site but can't seem to find it. Thanks

No refunds, no protection plan but they assure us that they are on schedule and there will be no delays, for the 3xSP30 pack you can pay now 40% and 60% at delivery time for the rest of the line only upfront payment is allowed.
If you want to make bulk orders contact them to get special pricing and conditions.

Ok. Thanks for reply.

Jews, Christians, Muslims.... I don't care, If you are fair and have your word and will cover my back then I will be your friend, do business with you and cover your back as well.... and I don't care about your color or religion or where are you from...

this forum is getting really retarded compared to the past couple of years.

Post some pics when you get you gear up and running. I bet their stuff runs tight.

/off srsly, who gives a damn where they're from? If they make quality equipment, then buy it. we're miners first. Support the community. We dont need nor care for this political nonsense. /off

Gals, Guys and miners,
We REALLY don't want to delete posts.

However, from now on:

No religion questions.
No politics / government questions.

If you have any concerns on the above, please PM us.
If you can't resist, go create other thread and PM us the location. We might participate elsewhere.

Keep this thread technical and about our offerings.
As you saw we don't censor competition data. We sometime even provide it.
We want you to make an informed decision.

Guy

I think I managed to kill the image on mine, it stopped showing up under the DHCP table, and cant find it with IP scanner, after multiple restarts etc. Going to pick up a microSD card tomorrow.

batch 2 sp10 shipped today?
We've completed all shipping of April batch today.

Good news:
May batch will start on the 4th. We'll build, test and ship continuously the entire month.
We have ramped up our production capability at Flextronics and we were able to bring the components earlier than anticipated.
New SP10 ordes done today will be shipped on the first week of May. You won't need to wait until the 18th as previously written in the thread.

How can you archive 0.58 W/GHs with 40nm and 0.38 W/GHs with 28nm when KNC uses 1W/GHs with 28nm and "maybe" 0.6-0.7 W/GH with 20nm?
I don't understand this.

because KnC insist on being 'first' to everything. others take their time and compile the tech with care  Wink

I don't understand this.
It's actually 0.35 W/GHs with RockerBox our 2nd gen (28nm). We need to update our web site.
Our 3rd gen ("PickAxe"), to be released in Q4 is also 28nm and has much better power / performance ratio than our 2nd gen.

We achieved it using multiple techniques and much better engineering. For obvious reason, I can't get into the specifics.

You can read in past posts, we've released Hammer (1st gen) datasheet and RockerBox (2nd gen) brief.

Edit: Another parameter to compare is form factor. SP10 is 1.25U

Edit2: Compare it also with another 28nm vendor, the one who changes it's warranty from 90 days to 30 days recently (for a good reason) and doing a fire sale.
The comparison was done here: http://www.coindesk.com/spondoolies-tech-promises-power-efficient-mining/
