This is totally awesome! I believe the dev has already qora.org reserved. We should get it built right away! 

Another question - I'm just wondering whether the dev or anyone else has a plan for qora website?  Should we wait til release of the coin and set up bounties before talking about website development?

I'd say nothing keep us from website development. We can do something simple like Quark website and then improve it with time.
