3 points is now the point gap between Paris Saint-Germain and the team in 2nd place now occupied by Lens. This is what I really want to see in Ligue 1, yes, with a point gap like this, the League will be much more interesting to watch. I hope that the team that currently overshadows Paris Saint-Germain continues to be in a stable state and continues to show consistency to be able to continue to provide a sense of insecurity to the Ligue 1 giants. I have to say that Galtier or whoever he is (never even heard of him before he got to PSG) was the wrong choice, this is the reason why they are playing so close to Lens as well. Any decent manager would have taken this team to 10+ point difference and finished as leaders of the group in UCL as well.

As long as they do not have a manager with a great tactic but also understands the language of superstars, they are going to fail, even if they win, they will win by being worse than expected in the end. This is why I insisted on Zidane so much, give him the highest salary any manager ever got if you have to but he would have ben amazing for this team without a doubt and won everything.

And I will add that PSG lost the group in the Champions League to Benfica and now they will play with Bayern, although they could get Brugge.
I don't think that PSG will have problems with the title in Ligue 1 (although everyone expected more dominance) but if they fly out from the 1/8 of the Champions League again, then Galtier will be extremely weak and he will most likely leave the club.
But I don't see any fault Galtier - he got the club with a certain model set by the owners. There are many players with "special" rights here, so the head coach can do little.

We are not sure if PSG will win against Bayern Munich. Bayern Munich is one of the strongest clubs in the Champions League. PSG are very strong but a win against Bayern Munich is challenging for any team. The win won't be easy for PSG. But it is not impossible.

Galtier continues to try to stabilize the PSG squad. Even then he could not succeed. There are many star players in the team. And strengthening the bonds between the star players has become Galtier's most difficult task. However, I believe that PSG's performance will be stronger if the friendship between Mbappe and Neymar develops.

PSG is only 3 points ahead of Lens in Ligue 1. However, I don't think it will be too difficult for PSG to win the Ligue 1 title. But it will become difficult if PSG drops points in a series of matches. Lens performance is now very stable.

However, their performance has deteriorated after the World Cup break. I don't know why PSG's performance has deteriorated so much despite having three of the best players in the World Cup, Messi, Mbappe and Neymar in attack. But if this trio is able to play well, PSG can break the defense of any strong team. Galtier has more work to do. His main challenge now is to find out the team's weaknesses. Galtier can't stabilize the team if he can't find the team's weaknesses.

I have no confidence in PSG's performance. They lost in Ligue 1 against Lens and Rennes. And for them it was very necessary to win both these matches. They failed to win. However, they did not have a full strength squad in both the matches. However, I would say that the Ligue 1 title is becoming increasingly difficult for PSG now that they have dropped points in these two matches. Losing more points in the upcoming matches will make it challenging for them to win the title.

A bit of a problem always occurs when some of the core players cannot be in the main squad to compete which makes them and Galtier a little confused about what scheme to choose.
Without Neymar and Messi boomeranged when they were crushed at the hands of Lens, and now without Mbappe they can't do much either.
For the Champions League, even though they have a complete squad, I'm still not too sure about them and now added to this condition, even though they are said to be one of the clear candidates, this further lowers my confidence, especially since the Champions League is only 1 month away and their performance is still not progressing after World Cup.

PSG has got so many critics after it was losing against rennes. The problem is even with world class trio but the team was not able to beat rennes. That proves that world class player was not anything for sure. People were seeing those trio as everything right now while the fact that if those trie were the same like another ordinary players. PSG can also be beaten by the team like rennes. PSG needs to solve the problem on its defenders. It seems like that PSG's defenders were not strong enough.

It's been looking interesting for the French League this season, but PSG still has a chance to maintain its position at the top of the standings by keeping itself from losing and drawing more in the remaining matches this season. And PSG also have to win often for this reason because their rivals this season will definitely continue to try to get rid of PSG from the top of the standings, especially if the points are not too far apart as seen now in the temporary standings.

First of all, what's important for us to know is that a strong team won't always win every game after game. there are times, they experience some problems that make it difficult to perform at their best.

If we refer to the Rennes vs PSG match, this match should have been won by the Galtier squad. after all, the home team really played with a defensive pattern, when PSG had the ball, Rennes made movements without the ball in a 5-4-1 formation pattern. which in the end, PSG found it difficult to break into the home team's defense which was so tight. plus, Galtier prefers to experiment in this match rather than playing his main starting line-up.

maybe, Galtier is measuring the strength of his team by playing Hugo Ekitike as the main starter. unfortunately, Galtier's experiment failed with the 3-4-2-1 formation pattern he applied. plus, PSG's midfield players play unproductively against teams that tend to defend. I am still optimistic, PSG will still have the chance to be one of the strongest challengers in the Champions League competition.

Speaking of Lens, we have to admit that Bruno Genesio's squad have performed very well this season. however, their steps to get closer to the points owned by PSG are likely to experience many disturbances in future matches. so let's see if Lens can go even further, or they will have a hard time maintaining their ranking.

The catalogue of world class players in the team became ineffective because of Rennes' desperation and diligence. But from the look of things in terms or quality and financial strength, I feel no team might be able to unseat the current champions. We saw them outplaying Angers, which is a clear indication that they are still the number one in France.

I don't think so. Those PSG players who have been performing during the world cup have gotten enough time to take a rest even messi was not playing at the match against lens. How is it possible for them out of focus due to the world cup break? it must be the opposite thing when they were getting back their stamina again after the long holiday. I think that the problem shall be on the player himself. It's caused by they have been losing capability to win the game. PSG has been losing 6 points which is very important.
These points were able making PSG to be even further from its opponents. Im thinking about PSG's coach will try to do some rotations to get another good formation again.

No doubt with PSG capacity Ligue 1 due having several star players composition in their squad, but I remember at Ligue 1 season 2020/2021 where Lille success broke the record from PSG after success becoming the winner at the end season with 1 points left. Current standing and remaining 4 points left from Lens, I don't think Ligue 1 tittle will secure by PSG for this season.

Get twice loss at Ligue 1 in a row seems have serious problem with PSG although last match defeated by Rennes Lionel Messi have return back and filled starting eleven. Left 19 matches later and 4 points remaining still not secure for PSG keep dominance in  Ligue 1 due on next months have Champion League match and PSG will having busy schedule match.

So far the team that has just beaten Lens is Lille, but the teams that have managed to beat PSG are Rennes and Lens, which means there is a big chance for Lens to continue closer to PSG. because currently the difference in points between Lens and PSG is only 3 points, the confidence of Lens players must be very large. next, Lens will face Troyes while PSG face Reims, if PSG loses this match then their hopes of becoming the Ligue 1 champion this season are getting smaller.

The problem is that these three strikers did not play together for a long time, at first there was a long break for the World Cup period, then Messi and Neymar rested, so they missed a few matches, when they returned to the team, then Galtier gave Mbappe the opportunity to rest. The Parisians are the giants of ligue 1, that's fact one must know. They're the best team in the league, with good quality players, sufficient funds, making them go for any player in the transfer market with ease without thinking about the bid value. They're ranked first on the table and Rennes winning them, that's second defeat for PSG and they're still topping the table with 3 points away from second team spot, Lens.

Basically PSG can still promise to get the Ligue 1 title, even though PSG lost by Rennes and Lens at least that is proof that PSG is still difficult to win when PSG plays against a strong team in the title race.
Therefore, at least it is also proof that PSG will still not be able to go further in the Champions League, at least it is also a benchmark for PSG to find it difficult to beat stronger opponents.
Meanwhile, the quality of Rennes and Lens is basically still below PSG's level and they or the two teams are only on the path of chasing the title in Ligue 1.
