It is hard to believe in them to be this consistent in the Ligue 1 two seasons in a row for now. Because they are losing their players who played a big role in this success one by one lately.

Lens were activelly selling its players but the club was also investing to the new player. The key was in how good the development that being made by lens to the new players. Lens is now in preparation to buy charles de ketelaere.
I think that the club is trying to hard to compete in UCL next season. Lens will be playing in UCL along with PSG. The trench league was sending two candidates for this season.  Even though lens already sold many of its players but it can still consistent.

It's not comparable with PSG as lens is not as rich as PSG. I think that club will be doing some preparations before it will be going to face UCL next season.

Yes, they finished the league with less defeat than Paris SG. While Paris SG finished the league with 7 losses, Lens was defeated only 4 times. This should not be forgotten either. They have achieved important victories in the league. Although they do not have as strong a squad as Paris SG, it is something that proves their quality that they continue the leadership race so well.

What I see, IMO, PSG is changing their philosophy and this team is currently managed by Luis Enrique. now PSG is not really targeting big star players, after failing with their mega project. now, Enrique will only bring in the players his squad needs. I still believe that PSG will continue to dominate the Ligue 1 competition. Because after all, PSG is too strong for the teams under it to compete with them. It's only natural, because we know that PSG has abundant resources from a financial standpoint. as many others have said, that competition is likely to remain a Farmers League. although to be honest, I'm reluctant to say it like that.

As for the Mbappe saga, we'll see how far it goes. but before this summer window closes, PSG must bring in the players the coach needs. The fact about PSG and their recent games is they had bad times without Mbappe. In the match between PSG and Al Nasr, in the match between PSG and Cerezo Osaka, and even against Inter Milan in the recent friendly match they had. In fact, they usually had more control over the game but the sad thing about PSG is they couldn't win the games and have a good performance without Mbappe.
Now this totally makes sense when PSG is trying to keep Mbappe for the next season at anymore.
