It's no longer news that Paris Saint Germaine defeated Toulouse yesterday to win the Trophée des Champions yesterday which automatically became the club's manager Luis Enrique''s first trophy with club.
His facial gestures after the final whistle clearly tells how happy the Spaniard was to lay his hands on a trophy as Paris Saint Germaine manager. With the current performance of his team, I'm very sure they're not even gonna finish the season with just the TDC but will further win few more trophies. They're at the top of the league table and looks set to retain the title once again but it'll be a greater achievement for Luis Enrique and the whole club and her fans if they can go on to win the UEFA champions league trophy this season.

Unfortunately, there is also bad news for PSG regarding this match and it seems playing this game and winning the match was not cheap for Enrique and his players because there is an injured player now in PSG. Milan Škriniar the Slovak defender of PSG is injured and he is going to be out of the field for a long time. 70 minutes after the start of the game he couldn't continue the match and he left the game.
Now it seems this 28-year-old player needs surgery and he is going to all other games during this season.
Milan Škriniar played in 23 games so far and he scored one goal for PSG.

If that's true then it can be considered as a big lose for PSG. Those guys may not able to play for several weeks or even months. I remember that if PSG will have some gruelling schedules in the domestic and UCL.

PSG signed him with a lot of money and im thinking that if it has not yet paid off. This is also the main reason from PSG was not able to perform better in this season if the club must be playing without mbappe.

It is an impossible move for Haaland because at his current peak performance of course he wants to join a team that is greater and has a long history. What would happen if he joined PSG, wouldn't that reduce his integrity as the best striker in the world and with Manchester City we know his greatness is extraordinary. It doesn't make sense if he goes to PSG and if there are no offers from other big clubs, I think it's better for him to stay at Manchester City because he will still win various titles including individual awards.

I dare say Haaland will not move to PSG, he has a bright future with Manchester City. Moving to PSG was a bad decision in his career, I am not underestimating PSG, but the quality of Ligue 1 is lower than the Premier League. You are right, individually Mbappe is a great player, but in football what is needed is team play and not just focusing on one player. Indeed, the presence of an above-average player would be an advantage for a club, but it should not lose sight of what it should be, which is team play. When they still have 3 star players they still can't do anything at the European level, it proves the presence of star players does not guarantee success for a club.
They can still be a giant club without star players, with a note that they must have evenly distributed players on each line who can work together with good chemistry. I personally if faced with 2 choices between having their squad with good team play and a squad that has several star players, I would prefer to have an evenly distributed squad that can play good cooperation.

Watching the game yesterday i don't think it's a performance with what we have seen in the league when PSG plays against other teams, the game was a final match and Toulouse played like a team that came prepared despite losing to the old ladies but they had a good performance and PSG worked so hard before getting rhe lead and secuing the victory at last. For PSG, they may not look very strong but their ability to keep topping the league and winning trophies even when they are not playing very well makes them bigger and better than other teams they are league leaders and they have a trophy at hand already.

Topping table and not staying have always been the goal for PSG, they're in good position to continue winning matches without complains but this present generation, everyone wants to ask what happen to then because they have failed to generate results that would become threatening to other opponents. As long as it's Ligue One, Paris Saint Germain will win matches, no argument about that, am I correct? Les Parisiens have to build hp around good players that would be able to filled in the space open and void by these clubs.

Although PSG is in a bad trend but still, in Ligue 1 that PSG it remains the best team and also a strong candidate team to get the trophy . So ya,when it comes to Ligue 1 and other domestic leagues then clearly, PSG remains the leading team compared to other teams in France . So yes,it is not surprising that in the match here in the French Super Cup final that PSG also only made a goal in the first half, but with that goal, atleast make PSG no longer needed to work harder in the second half.

Because ya, afterall, when PSG plays defense then ofcourse it will certainly be difficult for a team like Toulouse to be able to score in that match . So ya,it is not a surprising result anymore about PSG win the trophy thismoment because the victory is certainly a result that can be predicted easily.

There's every possiblity that if Kylian Mbappe leaves Paris Saint Germaine, the club will start doing better than they are currently doing without him but we must not feign ignorance to the fact that there are slim chances of Paris Saint Germaine getting better without Kylian Mbappe and that's because of the player's contribution to the team in the last seven years at the club.

No player have scored more goals for Paris Saint Germaine in the last seven years than Kylian Mbappe and no player's goals have provided more league points for the French champions in that same time duration than the France national team captain. These and many more are the reasons why Paris Saint Germaine will do anything possible to keep Kylian Mbappe at the club but unfortunately for the club, it seems like the player's mind is somewhere else and that is Real Madrid. His potential move to Real Madrid isn't guaranteed but judging by the reports, he's very likely to join Real Madrid after the end of the current season
