So the victims try their best to find a solution to the problem. When a website treats its customers as irresponsible, it becomes important for that customer to speak out against that website. Because after seeing such posts, many new gamblers will be able to keep themselves safe from this website. So even if you find these posts bad, I think these posts are a positive thing for the community.

I understand that wherever money is concerned, emotions and frustrations can be huge and not everyone is able to handle controlling them.
However, at this point you are trying to justify someone accusing company of scam without good cause.

Reconsideration always takes time.
It's not okay to write everywhere about being scammed before getting a reply.

Regarding the account blockade investigation, it's hard for me to tell if it takes a long time because I don't know how it looks like in other casinos. But if the matter is about money, it should always be taken seriously, and even if it has to last three weeks (because it probably takes something about that), in my opinion this time is justified. But I agree that it would be good if the 1xbit team worked to speed up this process.

Because unfortunately in this forum, scam is not moderated, so it's up to the members being self-aware about existing scams, reporting them in the scam accusations board and checking out flags and negative reviews left by DT members on the scammers' profiles.

Due to the fact that 1xbit and their 1xBET group are probably the biggest scams in the industry, it is not hard to understand why they offer one of the best referral programs. What they do is they promote its affiliates and give them commission for each person that signups. It is the only way to attract new victims because their reputation is a big, black mark on the industry. All these review sites that write in favor of 1xbit casino are fake. And users who wrote the reviews are likely bot factories that have no intention of ever even gambling at the casino. This is similar to the army of shills posting on this forum.

Where legit website do not say the right reason then how you deserve that a scam site will provide you the reason.

if the site is legit then the reason for banning will be released and it will be transparent to everyone specially in this forum that there are already tons of cases filed in every casino and those legit one are answering and addressing the case truthfully while scam casino will leave the problem and just randomly settle someone's case.
I am lucky because never that i experience any thing in trouble to all the casino I have played over the years.

I haven't played 1xBit yet, but it seems that 3 or 4 blocked accounts per month with over 20000 visitors per day, it is possible that these people (even without knowing it) violated the rules..
