According to the news on Bild, Timo Werner has even taken a 50% pay cut to be able to join his old team, Leipzig. It says that he can be loaned to them and there will be an option to buy for Leipzig as well. If this happens Werner would surely be happy about coming back to the team he shined very much in the past. However there will be a heated rivalry between the strikers in the team. Andre Silva is the biggest hindrance for him but it is all about who performs the most of course.

For the approaching season, I think the third biggest candidate for the league title is Chelsea now. I was thinking the same for the previous season as well. Chelsea are facing to lose some of their players soon on one hand but they don't have money issues now so they can find new players for their places. Chelsea are playing with a strong system thanks to Tuchel and this makes them still a solid team even though they don't have the best squad in the league.

I've been saying this, lately all good players when they go through chelsea they become bad, and they need to leave and go back to their previous teams to get back to being good players. he made a good choice to return to his previous team

Why do you judge Chelsea can't be the candidate for EPL winner? You even claim Chelsea is weaker based on pre-season matches only. I think you are too early to conclude this, the transfer window isn't over yet. Chelsea still has a chance to improve their squad, they still have time to buy some new players. Since most top clubs already got their expected players, I am sure Chelsea won't have a strong competitor to sign their targetted players now. Anyway, you can say Man City and Liverpool are better than Chelsea, but it is wrong to assume Man United is better.

Premier league is a very competitive league,and it is known for it rotation of the winners of the league,Its will seem like a culture if Manchester city should win the league this season again,so I am giving it to Liverpool,followed by City and Arsenal being the third before Totthenham.Chelsea will struggle this season if they are unable to find a better striker that will score consistent goals for them.We saw how Arsenal trashed them in the preseason,this is exactly how their season will look like if they don't strengthen the team once again.

I support Liverpool and several other teams to provide tough competition for Manchester City this season. They must not win the title without a hitch, because it will damage the image of the Premier League which is famous for its fierce competition. But again, I am a fan who recognizes City's greatness in the last 5 seasons by winning 4 Premier League titles.

Liverpool is a very successful team. I say that because they don't generally make big changes and don’t spend too much in any transfer market. I think this is the first time I have seen Liverpool spend so much money on a player. But they had to get this attacking player because they were just letting Sadio Mané go. So they needed Darwin Núñez. I think they will be able to beat Manchester City successfully this time. Well at least in the home match.

But it is obviously not going to be as easy as it seems. Manchester City is blessed with a really capable squad. And they also got Erling Haaland recently. It seems like that is really difficult to beat.

So far we can only assume because the league match hasn't started yet the results of the match in the pre -season cannot be used as a benchmark

Chelsea may not have any financial problems, but they need to struggle more to get the players than they expect. This is like the previous season, yes, Chelsea still needs stronger players again, moreover, after they cannot get Raphinha, Lewandowski, and Kunde. Moreover, some of their good players also want to leave. Well, they really need more promising players again to sign.
In my opinion,  for this Premier League, the biggest candidate is Man City.

actually chelsea will not fail in getting good players like Raphinha and Lewandowski if chelsea at that time dared to pay more. but the fact is that in the player transfer market this season, chelsea is very financially efficient. But so many good players they failed to get. The only obstacle is that Chelsea always dare not make high offers with the players they want. different from barcelona which is in a financial crisis but always dares to spend more money so they always get good players.
if chelsea continues like this then i doubt chelsea will even be in the top 3 in the premier league later. even like in yesterday's pre-season match against arsenal, chelsea lost 4-0 by arsenal.
I hope that from the defeat at that time, Chelsea can be more aggressive in hunting for players in the player transfer market.

Actually Chelsea squad is not that bad they still have some reliable players and I'm sure they can still compete even if not for the title

We are nine months away from official announcement who is going to win this season and people are predicting who is going to win and which is weak for me, it's too early because we can expect too much drama and many ups and downs in this all with six tough teams in Premier League those are going to fight for title and having quality players in their squad which are going to have big contribution in this all season's entertainment.

Guys, we have to wait for start of this season and then after end of first half we can expect something about result of this season right now nothing is clear any big injury to any player can bring things badly down and any new player can emerge as a hero for any team so just wait and watch who is going to win this season which is going to start after seven days from now.

The two teams are strong teams antagonising each other.Liverpool has a major signing in the person of Darwin Nunez whom was bought from Benfica,while Manchester city has a big signing too in the person of Haaland whom they bought from Dortmund,this game can stand as a strong test of who is better than who,and can also give us a glimse of what will happen in the premier league this season.The both teams are very strong and they will be battling it out in a game that seems to show what will happen this season.

Liverpool against with Manchester City on FA Community Shield tonight, looks very interested match because both team have new player arrived last window transfer and become proof who will be the best between Manchester City player Erling Haaland with Darwin Nunez as new central forward for Liverpool and have much values transfer. I think not really important about head to head between Manchester City vs Liverpool last season because right now between both team have new central forward and favorite become top scorer on Primer League next season, but I think tonight Liverpool will win on first match against with Manchester City.

I just don't know why, ever since Sadio Mane had left Liverpool I do feel like they are weaker team, well I believe we will know from this match and as the season enfold. Newcastle actually spent a ton of money last year to stay above, they were a level of team that could have gone down, that was basically a locked thing for a while, but then they got a takeover and then they spent something like 100 million if I am not wrong, not to get "amazing" players, not superstars, but enough type of players that it would keep them at a high level.

This is why I believe that they are not really going to spend a lot of money this summer, they are doing fine. They could probably finish the season above relegation again, and they could look to overpay for more players later on to make sure that they get better, sure at a expensive rate, but slowly they will get more success and it would be normal prices to get players.

Manchester city could play as they were playing in the previous season without a striker ad yet they were as dominate as they were, now imagine that same team with a Haaland leading the front line, Manchester city would be brutal this seasons and the game against Liverpool would just be a start.

Liverpool on the other hand are weak as they lost Sadio Mane to Bayern Munich, Mane's link up game would be missed as it isn't about the goals Mane did score but his pressing, attacking, contributions to the game in general that helped players like Mo Salah be on top oh his game.
