It was an amazing start to the league by especially Tottenham. After I saw that Southampton scored first I started to think that the game would be quite difficult for them. But they showed easily how they could make a huge comeback after. They are the team that have made the best start so far. However this can change tomorrow as Manchester City are playing against West Ham. It is normally not an easy game for them though but we don't know yet if West Ham will be able to perform like in the previous season at least.

They don't need to wait for a long time to reply to a score. I know that after seeing the full squad. In beginning, Tottenham looks a bit baggy in defense so that was conceded by James ward, but after that mistake, Tottenham started building an attack and making a circle of attacks on the left side by Son and the right side by Kulusevski which I think both are played really well tonight.

I don't think this is an issue at all, it doesn't matter who scores and this is just one match, I don't think we should count a 4-1 comeback as an issue, there is a reason they play as a whole team and not just two players, anyways, this season is going to be really interesting, tottenham seem to be in a good form and so is Man City, Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea, we'll see some crazy battles between them.

I read your comments but I don't see any Manchester United among the rivals you mentioned. I predict Manchester United will also be the top challengers in the Premier League this season with their new manager Erik ten Hag as well as their new players. United have played 6 pre-season matches with 3 wins, 2 draws, 1 loss, scoring 14 goals.

Indeed, pre-season results can not be a benchmark. However, if you look at the way he plays, Ten Hag United's concoction is quite promising. United played impressive football with Ten Hag's brilliant ideas.

Chelsea played very well in the opening match against Everton.  Everton's site was attacked by many bulls.  Chelsea couldn't do anything after that.  However, the Everton player played the next ball.  The game is very beautiful.

Chelsea will be seeded to win. but with one goal on the penalty spot, I think it was less than satisfactory for the start of the season.
the game was good, Chelsea had the ball pretty well and there were a lot of chances but they were deadlocked in finishing. 15 shots, 6 on target. I think the coach can apply a lot of practice in advance.

Congratulations to the players of Liverpool, their game has made me very happy.  As you said, the players of the Mith Phils need a little stronger opening.  We see all Liverpool players playing football.  If they can play the game below, everything will be fine.

lol what are you saying? did you not watch the game? with Liverpool's result it's not something good for them why celebrate it.
At the moment they need to make some things to improve their performance or at least their defense scheme is improved a bit.

Potentially to be black horse in this season. If west ham can show its best perfomance and there would always be a chance for westham to defeat city at anycost as long as whole of players are going all in. The small club can always give us any surprise in any match.
I hope that west ham can perform best and at least make city to draw even if that was impossible to happen but the possibility will always there.

Chelsea tried a bit but they really need to step up their games, they had a very poor performance at the early first half of the game except  the fact that they managed to get that 1 goal in the first half of match but until later in the 2nf half of the game they gradually start to pick up after they brought in cucrella in the game, Cucrella really played in a spectacular way and created a lot of chances for the Blues , he already started paying off his £62M signing and am starting to love the guy, Chiwell might find it difficult to be featured in the next match because of Cucrella.

Nunez have improved a lot after his first match on club friendlies, but he lack of stamina since he put everything on the first leg. Nunez should train more harder about his breath control.

Not too bad performance from Nunez in his debut game with Liverpool, I think even though he came on as a substitute, coming on in the 51st minute replacing Firmino, Darwin Nunez performed quite well and only needed 14 minutes on the pitch to score his debut Premier League goal with Liverpool. In addition to scoring one goal, Darwin Nunez also contributed with an assist for Liverpool's goal scored by Moh Salah. An indication that the transfer price is quite expensive is not bad and in vain for Liverpool because Nunez was able to perform quite well in his first match.  Next match I think Darwin Nunez will play as first minutes and become regular player against with Crystal Palace, just waiting with how long Nunez keep consistent.

Yeah totenham performance is pretty amazing to create a huge comeback. The lily whites are spreading messages to the another club if the team has become a strong team again. I do like the atmosphere in the premier league where almost all of team are trying to become very competitive.
This is unlike another league that was always dominated by the big team.

Tottenham started the match slowly and took them some time before picking up, once they did they started scoring goals, Conte had put the club in a better shape with some decent signings, despite Kane and Son not on the scoring sheet other players did the scoring that shows how formidable the club is presently, I believe Tottenham will challenge the top clubs this season if they continue with this performance, another important encounter today is between West Ham and Man City it's going to be a tough match as expected with the two clubs renewing their rivalry, the host will give the visitor a run of their money I am predicting a draw match.

After experiencing last week's defeat to Liverpool the match against West Ham seemed to be a proof for Manchester City, I think it is very likely that Man City will be able to win and it is even possible for them to be able to win the game with a big score. and for Haaland, of course, he is very ambitious to prove himself after a lot of bad news about him for failing to show his best performance in the match against Liverpool last week.

and for odds @1.4 I think it's quite wort to choose considering the chance to win it is quite large. I personally would bet big on Man City's win.

Manchester City will play against West Ham today. They saddened me by losing to Liverpool in the Community Shield cup match. They did not give a good picture against Liverpool. On the other hand, West Ham fought hard to qualify for the champions league last year. They are definitely not a bad team. I want Manchester City to win this match, but I can't say for sure about the outcome of the match.

This is just the beginning of a new season with each club just playing their first match, many people would went for Liverpool yesterday and have the confidence that Liverpool would win Fulham, but it wasn't like that, though clubs like Tottenham and Chelsea played good and won. We can see disappointment too at anytime in competitive matches. I have noticed West Ham for one thing in the past, they can defeat any club in EPL, but Manchester City have also been known to start new season with excellent result, this is a kind of matches I prefer going for over 2.5, but Manchester City still have higher chnace to win though.

Its 2-2 now, Liverpool have been attacking a lot now and its Salah with great positioning and Trent Arnold with another great cross to get the ball into a dangerous area. Which was calmly put into the net by Salah. Another opening day goal for Salah.

Unexpected results of the Fulham vs Liverpool match. Liverpool's appearance is very much different from their last match against Manchester City in the Community Shield. Liverpool were immediately pressed by Fulham since the early minutes of the match started.

Playing at Craven Cottage, Fulham are very enthusiastic to get full points. A disappointing result for Liverpool. They did win possession, but couldn't do much to win the game against Fulham. Mo Salah, who usually makes dangerous penetrations, can't move freely in this match and Luiz Diaz was also rendered helpless. Fulham looks so confident playing at home and it's undeniable that they're playing pretty well. I think if Jurgen Klopp plays Darwin Nunez as a starter then the result would have been different. Isn't that a bit odd, if Liverpool doesn't maximize the striker they've already bought at such a high price?

It's right for Jurgen Kloop in my opinion not to put Darwin Nunez on from the start to give him a chance to see what to do when he plays.
There were two good chances for Darwin Nunez to score a beautiful goal, and on the second occasion Nunez managed to do a Backheel Goal.

You are right. Fulham appear very confident against Liverpool at home. MoSalah and Luis Diaz, who used to play often at risk to opponents, were overwhelmed by the Fulham defense even though there were several good chances that almost became goals for Liverpool.

If Darwin Nunez was not played from the start by Klopp at Fulham vs Liverpool but managed to score a goal, let's look at Erling Haaland later in the West Ham United vs Manchester City match. Will he (Haaland) be played by Pep from the start and score a goal?
